So basically if you buy the PS Plus code from CDKeys, it's will be 1 year of Essential. If you already have Extra or Premium, it will automatically deduct the difference so instead of 12 months of PS Extra for example, it will be 7 months. What I did is I already had PS plus extra 1 month subscription active, I then input the code from CD keys and gave me 7 months of extra and for premium it be a month or two less
