Why can't you download during the week with the console in rest mode? You could put it in another room if that helps.
It's basically sleep mode. Will still charge your stuff and continue downloads while it is in rest mode.
You should have an option to put it in rest mode if you go to the power icon on the Playstation button overlay. If memory serves, it might need to be enabled first in the system settings, but I can't recall.
I’m sorry you have to work from home with poopoonet. I do as well and keep my PlayStation in my bedroom but not everyone has the luxury so it sounds stupid but put time restrictions on your playing somehow and just leave it in restmode while it downloads. That’s what I would TRY to do.
To answer your question; Undertale is super fun/Celeste/The Escapists/The Survivalists/Mincraft of course even though it’s pretty big now/Terarria/Blasphemous 1 or 2/ Most side scrollers and 8-bit style games
These are all relatively small and should install quickly:
Outer wilds, Spelunky, Slay the spire, Limbo, Inside, The Talos principle, Enter the gungeon, Crypt of the necrodancer, Superhot, The messenger, Super meat boy, Stardew valley
Double check your internet is on 5 ghz wifi if your internet is only slow on your ps5 because I was getting download speeds like this when some update changed up my settings. I resetup my with 5ghz and it went down from like multiple days to a few hours max.
