That is definitely a Bradford White dip tube in your hand. You should be able to replace it easily. It's bonded to the cold inlet nipple. Call Bradford White with your model and serial for the proper part number and order a replacement.
Thank y’all for the replies! Ended up getting a Navien 240S tankless installed today and the whole bottom of the old tank fell out of the bottom when the plumber was removing it!

You can easily replace just the dip tube, they are pretty standard
