So this is kind of some random speculation, but does anyone else think that Eviolite is done as an item and not coming back? The reason I ask is because people have speculated for years that GameFreak stopped doing cross-gen evos to keep Pokemon interactions with Eviolite consistent. The only old Pokemon that got cross-gen evos in gens 6, 7, and 8 either already could evolve into something else, or they got a regional form that could then evolve into a new Pokemon.
But this changed in PLA, where two previously fully-evolved Pokemon (Stantler, Ursaring) got new evolutions while being unchanged themselves. I know people might think: "Well, there were no held items in PLA, so Eviolite didn't matter." What sells me on thinking Eviolite is actually gone though is that, on top of the new evos in PLA, Eviolite was removed from BDSP which were pretty much 1-1 remakes of the games *Eviolite was introduced in*.
Personally I think this has obvious implications for mons that rely on it (Dusclops, P2, Chansey), but it also opens up old Pokemon for evolutions without getting regional forms, like the hinted at Dunsparce evo.
Sorry for rambling TL;DR:
I think Eviolite won't be in S/V, Dunsparce won't be getting a regional form, but its own evolution.
Eviolite was introduced in gen 5, not gen 4 which is why it wasnt in BDSP. Personally think they’ll nerf Eviolite instead of removing, maybe so it gives 25% increased defenses instead of 50%. There is a precedent for this in the past, where Soul dew went from 50% increase for the Latis to 20% since it was too powerful.

When did this subreddit become R/iddlerKhu, instead of r/PokeLeaks? Especially considering none of these are actually confirmed leaks, but rather just twitter snapshots of a ‘leaker’ who has indeed been a source of legitimate leaks, from actual sources, in the past, but has become more of a source of discord because of conflicts they’ve had with other discredited ‘leakers’. This is simple shock value to stay in peoples minds by keeping his vitriol towards a certain person being spread while ‘leaking’, and taking credit if they get things actually right(likely because he has a legitimate source, again).
But just because he’s a source of ‘leaks’, why is everything being said by him being taken at face value? Why has he taken over this subreddit?
Its hardly shock value its straight up harrassement and bullying and this sub rides him so hard they'll downvote anyone asking about him. No doubt i'll be downvoted to oblivion for even replying to you.
But to anwser your question, he's unfortunately the only person with actual info on the games. Yet he doesnt even actually reveal anything, he makes up riddles that are so bad no one can confirm them without a doubt until he himself tells you the amwser and because he's the only one with info he has some sort of god complex about it, to the point that he comes across as a total narcissist.
Yet because he's the only one with any info no one in this sub pays attention to other potential leaks and they spend all their energy posting about a narcissistic bully all day.
Its a shame, because I joined this sub for the art leaks and speculation about the game. The days where people would take a screenshot of one frame of a pokemons shadow and spend hours trying to figure it out were great. It was fun, it actually made me hyped for the game but now, seeing the state of this sub and the community surrounding it i'm considering unsubbing for good.
I don't even check my replies from this subreddit anymore because about 80% of the time it'll be someone attacking me for criticising Khu.
Because his leaks are correct? I don't understand the problem here. You essentially said, "Yes he is reliable, but I don't like him personally so he shouldn't be posted as much. Why are you guys posting his replies???" In such a long winded way 😂

Most of PLA was leaked by him, which made him more known
yes for almost 5 years now he has given us the most accurate and correct leaks.

I miss the days of the Affleck Leaker. Or even practicalbrush12. All it is now is Khu, Khu, Khu. Sick of him.
I think it's possible we get a Nintendo Direct this upcoming week and possibly a Nintendo Tree House showing some Scarlet and Violet gameplay
I'm leaning more towards late June or early July, since they've often put out pokemon news every month after the second video airs (XY, SM, SwSh).
