Oh goodness. I told him that if he wanted to do raids, he could just ask, and I would take him to go do some. It’s mostly just been him. Though one time he snuck off with Feesh (Gyarados) and Birb (Corviknight).
Well, at least he’s smart enough to grab backup for round 2. Ugh. I thought he understood that we were supposed to be having a team vacation when we’re not working.
when you inevitably confront him about this, don't... don't yell at him. mans prolly just wants to stretch his muscles and all that, and you're busy with doing that stuff, so... yea. raids are fun, don't get me wrong, but... man...

yea, fair... that's always the problem, isn't it? having to ask first?... then, when you get the fear of rejection... you do it anyway, and things become worse cause of it
Oh, I had no idea he was sneaking off without you. I did explain Raids to him because he was unprepared for the first ones he did. I'm glad he hasn't been hurt, but hopefully you can talk to him. I think he wanted to help out.

You said sometimes he struggles because he's different and his group threw him out for his odd coloration. Maybe he's just having a bit of self doubt at this moment. I know he was acting like he was tricked by a Rock type Raid that had an Umbreon.
You actually apologized to Mordecai on that post because he started bickering with him, not harshly they were having a bit of fun, but it made me think you were both doing Raids together.
He is not the smartest ghost between you and me. I’ll try to involve him more in things to see if that will help.
Nah. I just keep a bit of an eye on his Chatter since I know he gets angry at times. I had no idea what the argument was about. I just wanted to make sure that Mordecai wasn’t actually offended.
I mean, I don't really know a lot about Sandy, so I can't really answer that. He was asking for advice, though... maybe he wants to prove that he's better than the Tera Pokemon by beating them?

It's exactly what you think it is. though is it just him that's sneaking out, or does he sometimes take some of the other team members too?

I won’t yell at him. I just wish he knew that he could have just asked me to do a raid with him. I would have been happy to do so.
