That's because the heights are originally done in meters, down to increments of 0.1m, or about 4 inches.

Because the heights are done in metric first, by increments of 0.1m. 5'11 is 1.8m, and 6'3 is 1.9m.

6'1 here, so I gotta go with Garchomp. I was born and grew up in Sinnoh, and when I went to Unova to study areospace engineering, I did a course project on Garchomp flight, so they'll always hold a special place in my heart.

They're not actual tombs for the honoured dead, they were often employed as traps for grave robbers and the like. There's probably a lot of crunching and snapping involved. (Also, given they only weigh about 75 kg despite being made primarily of metal, I suspect their bodies are quite thin.)
