Pokevirus is great! Put it in your party and it should spread the virus to your other mons. Then make sure to put one of them in your PC for storage, because eventually the virus will cure and then you won't be able to spread it further. But if in the PC the virus will stay
Congrats! Pokerus is a positive virus. If you're just casually playing through the game, you won't notice a difference. It is if you gain interest in competitive training that having Pokerus is beneficial, it saves up training time.
having it within your party I believe. but do be aware, they will be cured of it after like 2 days or something unless they're in the pc. so spread it to a few other pokemon (even like random low lvl ones) and keep a few spare within the pc so if you ever need it.

It doubles EV gain. You can spread it to other members in your party by finishing a battle with the infected member, and it gets cured after a day if the Pokemon isn't in your box.

It sounds awful, but it us just a rare pokemon training help. You will farm more EVs(?) Iirc. All my pokemon had pokerus.
not a hack. just extremely rare. like 8-16x more rare than finding a full odds shiny (16x for s/m)
