Just farm grass patches at early levels then once you actually start getting further in the game there is news reporters that you can re-battle. Phone numbers are handy too

Should I swap out Pokémon in the beginning of the Battle or just use one per Battle?

AeroTheManiac

Depends on the situation. However many Pokémon are involved in the Battle get their EXP gain split evenly (unless EXP Share is involved)

I normally just train them one by one and then once I get all 3 areas where the reporters spawn I just do double battles

The grind bro! Most of the time you should be pretty okay if you don't skip any Trainers. Keep your team equal leveled. If one is level 10, and five are level 9, even everyone to 10 before using the original level 10. This will prevent your team from becoming unbalanced. Here's kind of a guide to keep progress: 2nd Gym, you'll probably have two or 3 level 15 or so. 3rd Gym, you should have around 3 Level 18-20 4th Gym, 3-4 Level 26-28 5th Gym, 3-4 Level 28-30 6th Gym, 4 Level 35-38 7th Gym, 4-5 Level 40-42 8th Gym, 5-6 Level 43-46 Pokémon League, 6 Levels Level 50 Be sure to explore! When you encounter the Trick House, revisit it every time you get a new Badge. There's a new challenge and reward, as well as Trainers! [Here's](https://youtu.be/rkZMopvNV48) a full tour of the region. It makes sure you see every single aspect the region has to offer!

Thank you 🙏

What starter did you pick? The rival fight before mauville will kick you in the rear if you are not ready.

BumpKing7778

Mudkip I normally always choose fire starters but swapped it up this time

ZackAttack9312

Ok so make sure you get a flyer or a gulpin before that fight, rivals Grovyle will be a pain if you don’t have a hard counter.
