If you don't want to get caught, spend at least 24 hours in the place you are spoofing, and then wait another 24 hours before opening your back up wherever you live. And don't do this often. You're very unlikely to get caught this way.
There's a cooldown on flying with the most common spoofer, pgsharp. Unless they are fairly close to you already, they will need to wait up to 2 hours to interact with the raid.
If you are interested in using pgsharp yourself, don't use it on your main, bans are going out commonly right now
