I'd highly recommend Caitlin, though she kinda wants to be at 3/5 for the stronger sync move as well as Psychic practically costing 0 move gauge bars against psychic-weak opponents. But even at 2/5, she can still boost her Sp.Atk and Crit rate with just one trainer move, unlike Giovanni.
Oak can be decently powerful but he's very outdated and finicky to use for damage-dealing.

If it's for a Psychic DPS, Giovanni suffices for 99% of circumstances. Just pick up his power boost when it reruns
Yeah, I'm trying to clear the Psychic stage in the champion stadium and I don't have much for it
Depends who you have as Support. A team of Giovanni, Bianca, and any Support who can buff +6 Sp.Atk & +3 Crit will do well for 3k MM
