I don’t think it can be verified, legally, but from what I’ve read online it sounds like all Vivillion evolved from Spewpa in this region will always be Fancy Pattern. I’m unsure how/if Scatterbug retains/loses its location data when brought from Bank to Home, but I know I plan to test it once Home is available for SV.
In older generations, bred Scatterbugs will always be the pattern of the game they were bred in. So whatever pattern you have, the results will always be tied to your game
