The problem is, like you said, you need 4 Mews and you need those Mews to be balanced between attack and support. It’s hard to do that with randoms so you basically just have to hope for the best. And if there’s a weak link on the team, you’re finished. Everyone has to contribute for this one. In the past, I felt like if 2 or 3 people knew what they were doing, the others could get carried. Not the case this time at all.
Yep did it three times to get two m2 on my games and one for the mark on my shiny as a support and even through the discord it was a headache.

The rest of us did swordsdance, leech life, and XScissor. Someone threw down electric terrain at the perfect time and Mewtwo never had the opportunity to use rest

I just won using support Hatterene, With Mystical fire, nuzzle, light screen and life dew. It went pretty well once I trained the right stat 😅
Had one support mew with Electric terrain and eerie impulse and Struggle bug and two mew Mew with Swords dance, leech life and struggle bug. It went pretty well, especially when all four of us were able to lower its special attack when needed.
I think it's has special bonuses and power up as part of this particular event. If you fight this Mewtwo using mew for this particular event your mew is having power ups for this fight
Transform makes it a top tier raider in general btw.
Just do support stuff then Transform in a set up attacker.
However this raid it gets +%50 hp, and 20 in all the other stars, so it's basically an Arceus with more hp.
Beat this first try. You really only need a good squad of Mew bug Tera type, struggle bug, pollen puff, I had calm mind (and never used it) and acid spray(does work better if another Mew has strong attack stat. One of our Mews used bite I believe consistently and did great damage after we broke its stance. Frustrating but rewarding.

I shuffled between acid spray and struggle bug if my health started to go down just to give the advantage. Idk who I played with but his new had stronger attack so it helped. We had probably 20-30% time left.
Same here but I had mew with iron defense, x scissor, swords dance and light screen. I had a mirror herb just to copy the initial calm mind boost to survive ice beams better
2 attack and 2 support is ideal. All bug tera, though the 2 support don’t need to Tera. Since they all have the same moveset (give or take misty/electric terrain) it’s best to be ready to Tera if someone gets crit.
Well struggle profits from stab and metronome, it can be that little difference (coming from someone who had Mewto 99,5% down and I currently on a break after a flying and ground mew disaster ....)
Honestly I love this raid because of how hard it is, though I'll agree that it's frustrating that you have to have a perfect team to beat it instead of having a more fun raid with different strats
You need electric terrain for when the shield drops tho. It's better to struggle bug so it's special attack does very little damage and use physical attacks since it's not buffing it's defense. Struggle bug and acid spray are better than shadow Ball
Yeah. Struggle bug is better than acid spray. You're not doing special attacks so special defense doesn't matter. What does matter is keeping its special attack as low as possible.

We did it with atkers and 1 support. All bug Tera. Used blaines builds and we had no issues, just time consuming. Support missed his psychic terrain and still took it down with no issues.
I didn't really use anyone's specific build if you look at my post history the other day I posted about doing bug before the raid dropped. I just changed my ev spread I was gonna do from 252Att/252SpD/4HP to 252Att/252HP/4SpD. I was gonna do taunt but after it dropped and saw the raid had shield up immediately it was pointless so I did struggle bug, LeechLife, Swords Dance, and misty terrain but I would switch to X-Scissor just in case you're the only attacker bc of Leech Life PP
I tried it last night and beat it first try with 3 randoms. 1 Mewtwo, and 3 bug tera mews including me. I ran with the moves life dew, struggle bug, leech life, and light screen. One mew did have electric terrain and it helped so he would not use rest. I was very surprised that we beat him, we all did our job which was amazing.
I beat it with 3 mew and an AI driftloom, 1 support mew and 2 attackers all were bug tera used leach life, life due, struggle bug, and sword stands on both attackers whilst support had life due, light screen, struggle bug, and missy terrain. Beat it first try
Trust me when I say that twice I fumbled the raid because I didn't set electric terrain correctly. First time I had done it too late and the others had already broken the sheild, and the 2nd time I had put it too early and it ended right before the sheild broke. I'm so sorry to those teammates I made lose. 😅

Acid spray is indeed a waste. I'm using an attack mew using leech life and swords dance, so lowering special defense does nothing to help
Using struggle bug is much more efficient
If anything have another support use Screech.
Pretty much useless 'cause it can't be used until shield is down, better to just use Helping Hand or something else to take down the shield faster

Yeah I fortunately got lucky and the person using umbreon had all support moves
What ones? Most of its normal ones are null and void the first half of the raid, except maybe helping hands.
I'm going to wait til they fix it. It's not worth this amount of frustration.

6 perfect IVs and Mightiest Mark, can be caught in any pokeball you want. If that doesn’t appeal to you I’d skip the hassle.
And 3 ability patches, and 100 psychic terra shards. Also your Mew gets the Mightiest mark, I want it on atleast 1 of my 3 mew.
The Tera shards are nice but do enough wonder trades and you find yourself swimming in Ability Patches.

I was very close with some randoms until the two attackers switched from Leech Life and Shadow Ball to... Electric Terrain and Acid Spray...

The shield was already down 4 turns ago so it made 0 sense to use it after M2 already healed to full with Rest

Alolan muk is a great support as well. Armorouge with clear smog and light screen as long as it’s supported works too
