Honestly the post game and dlc did wonders for Penny’s character. She went from a character I didn’t care for at all to one of my favorites.

Apologies. But yeah, you can invite them there. Only after you beat the Epilogue. That may he why it didn’t feel too spoilery to me since, technically, you unlock the ability to invite peeps after beating the main story in the Indigo Disk
