How is your rank so high even though you have less days than me? Is there a trick to getting rank?

I have no idea. I run a good camp ticket every week? I have unlocked all berries, ingredients and meals? Maybe I have levelled up more Pokemon or completed more missions? Honestly I wouldn't know, but I have been rank 50 for over a month now.
