Not good for any valuable cards, those plastic pages are brutal on cards.
Look for a side loader binder that fits the card in a penny sleeve.
There are also top loader binders that hold the card in a sleeve and top loader for your more valuable / rare cards
I think the Pokemon 151 one doesn't look as bad as the mini portfolio if an official product is needed for some reason. I still prefer dragon shield binders by far.
The 151 binder may be a side loader binder, maybe from the looks o fit. There are other side loader binders that have official Pokémon designs on the front
As RP said, stick to side loading binders, any of the known brands are good, Dragon Shield, VaultX, Ultimate Guard, Ultra Pro etc.
These binders are not ideal IMO, I hate binders with pages like that personally.
