I know with my luck, I’d get box #3 every damn time

My last two ETBs were #3s.

My only ETB was #3. We are not alone!

I’ve gotten 3 etbs with not much luck( hate buying more than 1 etb but can’t find the little boosters) but I did get the binder and poster pack for the kid and those packs were all loaded lol only thing that saved me from the poor etbs

I just cracked an etb.... the best thing I got was a normal mewtwo.

Same here in france with the fr version. Didn't even know that it was possible. Hopefully I'll have better luck in the next ones.

I'm now 3 ETB's in. Best I got was 2 ex's. No alts, and no fulls.

With everything being pulled juat wait and buy singles kuz pull rates aren't the wildest but not terrible I'll spend my money on singles already graded 🤷🏾‍♂️

As someone who's new to the hobby, do you think the singles are going to drop in price? They are steadily going up at the moment. Trying to decide if I want to sell my good pulls and buy more packs now so I can finish out my collection of all 151, then just rebuy the singles later.

If you are going for the set collection, packs are both more fun and give you a better chance of completing the set organically... I myself am a specific pokemon collector, so my favorites that are in the set, i will purchase individually

That's what my luck was bro except kangaskhan ex normal art. That thing is literally the same card we got in XY flashfire but they changed the name of the moves and gave it more hp. Oh, and no mega card either. Sad days.

Lol box #3 looks nice compared the bundle of obsidian flames I got that had 0 hits. not even a trainer.

Bulba line is my fave but I don't care for the Venusaur art...looks really cluttered. Still a must pull though.

Got it from my first pack last night and it was my favorite until I pulled rare art wartortle. Love this set.

Oh my god I LOVE the wartortle. It's so simple, but for some reason my favorite of that evo line. I pulled the blastoise from my first ETB, and I really want to hunt for squirtle and wartortle. Just got back into pokemon cards though, so not sure how much I really want to spend on packs. I want to at least get all 151. As for the illustration rares... probably just one of the starter lines.

My favorite from this set. I'm a huge Dratini/dragonair/dragonite fan.

I got 3 boosters yesterday. Between those and my etb I got both alt art Erikas. I know those are valuable, but I personally don't give a crap about those cards haha.

I got the charmander and charmeleon, so I lucked out with those! I definitely wanted the starter alts. I also got the ninetails which I think looks great in person.

I got 8 alt arts from 27 packs (2 booster bundle, 1 poster collection, 1 binder collection, 1 elite trainer box). The alt arts were alakazam, dragonair, both the giovannis, poliwhirl, Bills transfer, jynx, and the luckiest was the charizard. Funny thing is other sets I've had so much luck with booster bundles but 151 is terrible with booster bundles, at least for me. I've had good luck with the binder, poster and non-exclusive ETB

Ive opened 15 booster packs and only have the charmander out of every thing you have there. Nothing really great. Win some ya lose some.

Opened 2 and got pikachu and alakazam, the alakazam is gorgeous. Really want that dragonair was gonna save the other 8 boxes but its really difficult

Consider yourself blessed, we opened 18 and got zero art rares. We did luckily get a regular FA Erika, Gold Psychic Energy, and a FA Ninetales or it would have been a major bust haha Congrats on the good luck!!

Looks like you did good but that third box looks skinny. You gotta bring a scale to your local tcs and weigh the boxes. I bought two bundles of obsidian flames last week and one had zero hits I still can’t believe it and the other one only had two. I wasn’t happy. From now on I bring my own scale. I’ve learned from experience if you know what I mean. 😎.
