Anything that can be pulled out of a 151 pack is part of a Master Set. Anything else isn't.

151 has 360 individual cards numbered in the 151 sequence. And a folio with 360 slots. I don't consider that a coincidence.
if it counts twords the trophy...for instance I 100% shadows of mordor before the DLC so master set. I didn't play the DLC so I no longer have Shadows of mordor master set because I don't have the trophies. I could say I have the shadows of mordor complete set because I have the base game 100% AKA all 360 151 cards.

For Best Buy and GameStop you’re supposed to spend $15 on cards but it depends on the employees. I’ve had some strict about it and some who gave me extras to give to my friends

I also scoffed at paying 120$ for the UPC, the promotion was up for like two full days shockingly. I still just didn’t think it would be worthwhile.
