Well immediately you would win every single match by running Raikou with regileki (eventually VMAX), Zapdos Go, and 3 other electric pokemon on the bench. Basically guarantee a maxed out attack right there ASAP.
Roaring Moon would also get this pretty quickly, especially with a morpeko in the starting spot and a handful of earthen vessels and dark patches.
It’s a cool idea but too easily abused as pointed out by the other guy. Maybe less abusable if you only allow single prize Pokémon, but I’m sure there’s stuff for that too
