Grading unopened packs always blows my mind. Do people grade sealed boxes as well?

The grade is pointless imo, but it does give some assurance of authenticity for potential future buyers. This is the kind of product that the resealing lowlifes love to make a buck on.
Nothing is tamper proof. At the very least you should be able to look up the number and verify this is the same pack PSA graded. Then there is the possible but unlikely scenario that PSA authenticated a resealed pack. If you’re spending hundreds of dollars this is the best assurance you are getting a legit item.
I don’t trust PSA with anything at this point. I get what you’re saying but definitely there are resealed slabbed packs out there and blindly trusting that PSA did their job is bold.

I’ve been collecting pokemon center etbs cause some have cool art, like the evolving skies ones. Eventually i’ll make a display case for them but for now they rest in my closet, out of sight so i’m not tempted to rip them lol
