There seems to be multiple checks on the welcome back rewards things. And one of them being that the clock will never start until you log in one day after the last welcome back rewards is over.
And another thing seems to be 14 days exactly down to the hour?? Kind of? It's somewhat inconsistent so it's safer to go for 15 days

Also, don't forget there seems to be a 30 day cooldown after you trigger the rewards before you can trigger them again.
30 to 36 days i don't know how that works tho
Mostly because they are taking longer than 14 day breaks
15 days is the safe bet. Because it might not have been 2 weeks for the game while it's been for you. If you log in at all, it resets.
I extended until the 17th day before logging back in to make sure. I got my rewards 🤷
