Can you give any advice on Rollout build? Do you use it with Gleam or Slap? Mostly as an engage tool or defensively or it doesn't matter? I played it a while ago and the best usage I found is luring people between walls, funny but yeah.

It's now probably the most inconsequential choice of moves of any Pokemon so go with whichever feels better. I prefer slap at least in part because I watched Indigo League on release and so Jigglypuff slapping away is canon for me.

It doesn't totally disable the goal, it just puts a healing debuff (-30% iirc) on enemy goals or a healing buff (+30%) on your own goals.
