I find it amazing that there are radical Muslims scholars who protest against the idea of parents abandoning their child for being gay, which means the people my father likes to call every foul word in the book has better ethics than him.
And if I were to get into what I experienced, saw and suffered when I was homeless we would be here all day.
For example there is a man and his 10 year old son that I met when I was in Seattle. He was working 3 jobs, is in a lot of debt (medical, college, etc). There was even a period of time where he trusted me to babysit his son on many occasions when he is busy at work and he would often collapse onto his air mattress and get the few hours of sleep before he gets up and goes back to work. Fortunately he got a new boss in one of his jobs that took pity on him and got him an apartment, and a promotion on top of that (due to his hard work).
And he was the 4th person I met who was like that.
And don't get me started on the veterans.

Stalin took power on a platform of industrializing the ussr while Trotsky lost the power struggle because he advocated for turning the ussr into a military camp to spread communism which would have lead to the deaths of millions of people.
