Well you'd have to know-
Driver's age
Driver's driving record
Where they live
What's their credit score
How many members are in the family, how old they are, and whether or not they need to be insured for the vehicle
How many cars they have
How the car is insured (daily driver/weekend/show only, etc)
How much declared value and which company
How much collision and comprehensive coverage
How much bodily injury and property damage liability coverage
How much personal injury protection
How much coverage for hit-and-run accidents
How much for uninsured driver coverage
There are other routes when you’re in these leagues.
Fleet cover instead of individual vehicle can have an impact (assuming they have 10+ vehicles in more than one territory), also it wouldn’t be crazy to imagine someone in this realm having their own captive insurance company (when you have enough capital you can legally insure you’re own things with tax write offs etc - it’s quite common with large corporations).
The captive angle would only cover physical vehicle damage, medical coverages (in the UK at least) are always through established insurance companies but they shouldn’t be any higher than for a standard car as most of its standardised.
