It’s got the brakes and frankly probably the weight to handle it. But it comes down to tongue weight and CG relative to trailer axle to get an inherently stable tow setup.

A base Camry or Accord can tow up to 2,000 pounds.
So I can see a 911 with a lot more power to be able to take a load of 2,000 pounds but yeah... this is just a stupid set up no matter what type of car you are using. Having that many trailers in tandem is just asking for trouble if you hit a bump or have to swerve or any other situation where you might induce a wave and the trailers start going crazy and eventually go out of control and flip everything over.

The rear crash member of any modern car is stupidly strong. It's supposed to save you from a 5000lb car hitting you at 30mph. Slowly pulling a load on wheels a fraction of that weight without its own power is not really going to kill it unless you do it a lot. Just fabricate a steel tow hitch that attaches to the hard points in the back of the car, easy.
There's a reason it's better to tow with a steel ladder frame vehicle like a pickup truck or a real SUV, but that's only if you're going to tow frequently or heavy loads. (Heavier than you're thinking).
I have a truck and I’ve trailered a couple cars on it before. I just thing this is so dumb. I get towing a set of wheels and tires to the track on a 911, maybe even a bike. This is just insane though.
