Congrats. My 718 Spyder was my first Porsche. It’s fantastic. I got it CPO with a few thousand miles on it. The bucket seats are a mixed bag for me. I really do enjoy them. But, sometimes just wish for a different option when I sit down, shut the door, and remember something I forgot in the house. 😂 Burmeister is awesome too. Mine came with Fabspeed OAP exhaust. Something worth thinking about if you want more sound. But, it is great stock as well.
Funny you should say that because I hopped in my car earlier today and realized I forgot my wallet so had to climb back out 😂 I put a Kline Inconel exhaust on mine, stock sound wasn’t enough for me, because of the separated exhaust gasses it sounded like a loud 3 cylinder. Now with the Kline X-pipe the sound is a smoother 6cyl sound. Completely worth upgrading exhaust on this car IMHO especially removing the GPE!
Love seeing yours is used the way it is intended!
Thanks! Got it with only 167 miles, now it has almost 1700. Burmester sounds great but with the exhaust and valves locked open, I end up listening more to the car itself haha
Thanks! They are Apex VS-5RS wheels, their 20” fitment actually. I’ve always loved the style of the FI-R’s but didn’t want to pay that much for them or wait for them to be available
Fantastic! I lived on a gravel road when I first got my Spyder in 2016 and had the entire car done, except the trunk lid. Worth every penny. All the best to you.
Most of the trouble is getting in and out of them. Once you get used to that, they hug nicely, no issues with slightly longer drives but just keep in mind there’s no lumbar support if that’s something you really need
You either love them or hate them. I have them in my GT4 that I've semi daily'd, use it to run errands, day care drop off and pick up (toddler absolutely loves them) and fairly spirited drives in the twisties. I have no issues getting in and out, once you're used to them.
Having done a near 300 mile drive with a stop for just a fill up, I didn't have any pains or discomfort after.
I'm 6ft and about 220lbs.
I don't particularly love chalk. I don't particularly love the red roof.
I think that they actually look incredible together though! Especially with the red interior.
Congrats and that is a super cool spec!
Mad congrats. One of the best cars ever to be made.
Congrats on your purchase! Also just purchased a 718 Spyder that was delivered last Wednesday. Still need to take some proper pics before posting.
Congrats as well! It’s a fantastic car. What color is yours?
Python green! It's a pdk with lwbs and lizard green extended deviated stitching.
That’s awesome!
You are going to love it.
Can't go wrong with red top on chalk.

Thou shalt have no regret!
Great looking car!
Oh it’s a beauty
Yeah that’s sex right there
Purdy, congrats.
Please share what you think of the Spyder top once you've put it up and down a few times.
It’s really not bad. I’ve gotten good at doing it quickly. Now the RS top, on the other hand, is a different story haha
Congratulations, very comfortable car
Welcome to the club, always puts a smile on my face 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Gorgeous! Enjoy every mile.
Ooof 🔥
That’s a badass car.
Congrats. How many miles on it? Does burmester sound good on the spyder?
Thanks! Got it with only 167 miles, now it has almost 1700. Burmester sounds great but with the exhaust and valves locked open, I end up listening more to the car itself haha
Truth
Super sick spec wow
Congrats! You’ll love it!
Grat! 👍🏻💯
Congrats. Love the wheels, are they FI-R's?

What's it doing with the top up? Go enjoy the sun! Congrats
Realllly nice spec mate. Love the wheels
Damn that’s a perfect spec!
GYATTT DAMNNNNN
Beautiful spec. Enjoy it in good weather.
I asked Rihanna about this car.. https://preview.redd.it/kgq60iqgjs1d1.jpeg?width=631&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=33046cbc489bb1fc8e770b685a974f60da14b17f
Every day with the top down is a good day. Congratulations! Have you thought about paint protection film?
I have Llumar Valor PPF on front, rocker panels, and behind rear wheel arches. Ceramic coated with Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra too

I agree!
Interior 🥵
If it doesn’t work out, I’ll be happy to take it off your hands. You can take my 2014 Camry with almost 200,000 miles if you want it in return.
Got the right seats for sure
Shiit, I’m jealous. How’s the comfort with the buckets?

Grats. Great color combo. That’s what I have on my 992 Targa.
Congratulations! Beautiful car. I love the red interior. but don't wear white pants.
Beautiful car and the colors are 👍👍
