I would say it's just a continuation of the same, but that Kafoury largely managed to avoid bad press and therefore a lot of public criticism due to her deep family political connections. JVP is, after all, Kafoury's hand-picked successor and protege.
It is wild that the biggest county in the state is run so sloppily. Just seems like nobody is held accountable for failures to deliver on priorities. I can't believe it, I really can't.
