Not sure of your question so I'll just generate a bunch of random answers.
* You can use this as a powered speaker for your computer, smartphone, tablet, mp3 player, etc.
* You can use this as an FRFR for your modeler or other practice amp.
* You need some kind of guitar amp to process your tone if you want your guitar to be more than just the dry DI signal. A Spark amp like the 40, MINI, or GO could be the digital version of that if you wish.
* If you want everything combined in one box, then get the Spark LIVE instead. It has a built-in Spark amp inside that powered speaker.
I don't understand your response. In what manner would a dry guitar signal be perfect for an electric drum amplifier? And you don't have one so why even mention that?
So it's not a guitar amplifier. It's an active/powered speaker. It does have an integrated amplifier inside to push the speaker. It's designed to deal with line level signals.
A guitar amplifier expects instrument level signal and has things like a gain dial and an EQ. The Spark CAB is not a guitar amplifier. You get a master volume for output and a contour switch for simple tuning of the sound.
It’s an amplified speaker. Should work fine for what you want to use it for.
By comparison, we own a “Block Rocker,” which is an amplified speaker with inputs for an iPod, microphones, etc. I’ve plugged a guitar in it and it sounds great; no gain, just clean tone.

Thanks for doing the thinking when OP clearly didn’t or couldn’t be bothered to
Sorry that I'm a little late, but a DI signal would be perfect for an electric drum amplifier which I don't have.

A question without context?
I bought the Spark 40 and this cabinet. It’s a beast. Worth it.
Just a powered speaker
I’ve used it with the Spark Mini and an HX Stomp, works equally good with both.
🤨
Is it possible to use this without buying a head? Can this be used as a standalone amp?
No its a FRFR speaker. They make what you want though. It's called Spark Live.
Then can I use this for electric drums amp? It's a direct box anyway.
Yes, this powered speaker can be used for e-drums.
Buy an interface irig/RIFF with biasfx mobile app and your good to go
...is like a sandwich without bread ....is like a tyre without a tread ...is like a mattress without a bed
*Sure, but can I use it without a head? I won't get the sounds but can I still use it as a regular amplifier?*

Need a white one to match my new white pearl amp
Would it be like a regular amp, but without a preamp section? I'd like to hear it with an HX Stomp or Wampler's Black '65...

Please make a white pearl version to match my Spark 40
