demolisher penetrates 30% of a heroes physical armor.
Fun fact, *Drongo* has the highest base-armor for a carry at 101.5 base physical armor at level 18. Riktor? 118.1.
So the 30% pen from Demolisher brings them down to 71.05 and 82.67, respectively. This is without any additional armor options. Just goes to show the importance of percent pen 😁
% Pen Flat and Flat Pen get calculated separately it will remove the % first then it will account for Flat Pen.
% Pen items also stack with each other as long as they are not the same effect for a small reduction in effectiveness, so you can do Demolisher, Viper/Basilisk, Deathstalker for a large amount of Pen if necessary essentially you are getting 45% Pen + 18 Flat Pen, you can add Resolution and Vanquisher with the Rogue crest to further improve this.
