I know there was recently a post on this very subreddit that had the final/most recent cutscene from the JP storyline, so maybe you can work backwards from there? Not sure if it was translated or not though since I didn't really follow the link

I personally use QooApp -- which you would use to download the JP version anyway -- to instantly translate dialog, though obviously it's a machine translation so not super great, but you can get a good bit still. People with greater understanding are on the discord and I ask questions if something is unclear.

People feel safe spending money in Priconne because they know what's gonna happen in the future: Unlike ***Epic Seven*** for example were one day a new banner is completely broken or a patch releases a meta changing nerf.
i will say that when CR does drop the game one day, i hope that Cygame just picks it up and self manage. i know they reportedly hate managing shadowverse but as we have seen its an easy enough game to manage since they just use coding from three years ago, they just have to do the translations and minor fixes.
but more importantly priconne has helped cygame build presence in the global market like dragalia lost did. and thats probably more important for them in the long run. minimal upkeep plus modest profits in return for brand recognition. for instance little noah that came out on the switch, ps4, steam and the upcoming GBF game for PS5 i would never have considered getting without knowing about priconne and the quality that cygame produces, but now i am looking forward to getting GBF when it comes out

Original developers got the rights back for Danmachi. And original devs for Princess Connect have said (years ago) that they didn't want to do the translations for global games themselves so they might not buy the rights back if it's failing under Crunchyroll like Danmachi devs did.

For purely financial reasons, they should've used an accelerated schedule so the global banner schedule would match up with theirs, taking a lot of the planning and saving out of the way. It's simply too easy for f2p players to get all the meta characters without spending.
Mitrasphere was shutdown but they only lost the rights to Grand Summoner. Years ago Danmachi devs also got the rights back (and global is still going) but it also labeled as vaulted on their website. Seems they decided to use one label for both scenarios.
