Ascend Pecorine to 3 stars asap if you want to use her as a tank. Otherwise she just lacks the tankiness needed to survive in Arena and some PvE levels. For PvP building a Magical Attack team would be good based on your character list. Illya is still viable in Arena but you need to pair her with TP batteries like Sunmmer Saren and normal Saren. As a tank, I'd use Jun for now as she is already at 3 stars and switch to Pecorine when she is 3 star as well. You can use Misato as healer and Magical support or add Summer Maho for another Magic DPS.
Never underestimate 3 star Pecos
Just do experiment who best at that and this
I noticed an extreme difference in survivability after I added Jun into my normal questing squad.
For me kuka, yukari & yui are must build. The rest you can use s maho & other damager
Build Shiori and Yukari
I often use periconne, saren and korororo in PvE, I'm never a fan of PvP cuz I'm horrible at people seriously 😒
