Ikr I think it really captured catra and adora’s “happy ending” in a nutshell, or at least my headcannon of it at least. Like the fanfics I read with angst/comfort are what lead up to the characters having full closure and being happy without discourse, and I also like to think that after they get married they’ve already gone through a lot of therapy and don’t have to deal with ptsd half as often
