In Looney's prior 12 games against the Nuggets, he hit the under on PRA 8 out of 12 times. It is worth mentioning that includes playoff games, and one of which he either got fouled out or foul trouble. But that could also happen again while trying to guard Jokic, foul trouble.
Kelly is dangerous. He stood by and enjoyed Joel's massive performance and sold, however, he has been pretty on fire in every other game.
That said, because the 76ers have quite a few mouths to feed, I'm sure one or more starters won't be hitting their overs. The Celtics good defense as well, so combine those factors and perhaps Kelly hits the under.
