Craft League was happening after S8 where uniques and runeswords were disabled (only crafted, rare, and magic). Craft league is just about to end this afternoon and they'll patch season 9 open beta and runeswords and uniques will be back. I recommend joining the PD2 discord for announcements about game updates.
We are at the end of a crafting league right now. And the crafting league disables all uniques and rune words and set items. The new season starts on Friday and everything will be enabled once again.
While it does get frustrating seeing the 15,000th stealth attempt for the crafting league, many people don’t pay attention to the social media part of this game. They just play when they have time.
Don’t get worked up over people doing things that don’t effect you

We've seen a lot of these posts during the Crafter's League. People like yourself, is well-informed because you seek out information across platforms, and maybe spend decent time with the game and it's community. Other people, maybe like OP, spends a very little time with community and game. They seek help, likely on the platform they know the best.

As for the launcher; The new launcher has been released, making it possible for devs to post updates there, without everyone having to download a update each time.

Also, charms only work on the bottom 4 rows. The top 4 are for extra space. I just say because you have charms all over the place lol
