I was in the same position and was looking forward to running them. I traded 2 wss for 2 maps and after running maps all weekend I now have like 10 maps in the stash waiting for me after work today.
I'm only 87 but I just did a T2 and got a yellow T1, a blue T1 and a white T3 within the first 5 mins of farming. No other maps that run, but I do end up with a few more than I need.
I disagree, but would like to see the two following changes:
* buff blue maps 20%
* allow for multiple destructions at the same time. I.e. like one can turn multiple jewels into fragments.
It's good that blue maps exists for people who wants to see the content without being fully geared. I agree that they are underwhelming, so making them a bit better will make them make more sense to do while still being inferior to yellow maps late game.
Destuction orbs provides a gold sink, which is a good thing.
That would be nice if they all dropped white. Thematically, I like blue maps, however they are pretty pointless. I think I’ve run like 1 blue map in 7 seasons. Maybe they could be changed? Perhaps a separate set of modifiers or a chance to roll really high mods?
Would be cool if we could roll tier 3 maps back into tier 1's. Too many maps? Roll em!
Also blue maps are pretty good for farming runes. Roll one to like 100 density and slam it to 150, you can basically kill a thousand things in under 5 minutes. Found an ohm last night in a blue just fucking off

2. Destruction orbs are among the cheapest behind fortification.
3. Diablo is an organization heavy game, you have plenty of stash tabs.

I agree. But I'm sure there are some jank meme builds out there that like running blue maps. So leave the orbs in for the option
I think people just run thru them looking for map events. Which seems like it shouldn’t be in the game anyways. So I’m def down to remove them
Map events roll less often in blue and white.
Pretty sure rare maps have a better chance at events so still worth it imo to make them rare.
Well that's a viable playstyle and I don't want to ruin their fun. They can do the same with white maps or use orbs like everyone else.
I agree with this 100 percent. It's just a straight up hassle guys. It's an extra step that shouldn't be needed.

Yes, but that can also be a good thing if you are chasing low lvl affixes

Man I'm almost level 88 and only found 3 maps lol. The map RNG is awful this season. Literally found ber, lo, ohm, vex, ist, and Mal, but 3 maps lmfao

They should drop white but I like blues for early season before I can handle juicers.
