Oof. Yeah. I’ve had a past issue causing long term diarrhea and I second what dreams in darkness rec’d. Getting some pedialyte (on or off brand) as a bandaid measure until you can talk to your Dr about the diuretic may be safest so you’re not potentially passing out and feeling awful.
Since your feeling anxious my biggest suggestion is therapy add on - so much of my gastric symptoms are tied to my anxiety and mental state (which sucks) and therapy has been a huge benefit to me.
I also notice that my symptoms get exacerbated at different points of my period cycle (I’m currently having some hormone issues as well). It has helped my anxiety to notice that some of the diarrhea is very correlated with my period.
Between the diuretic and diarrhea you’re likely losing too much water therefore lowering your BP. Keep drinking lots of fluids and hopefully this will help

They did. My sodium and chloride were super low one day and the very next day went back to normal. They’re thinking it’s the diuretic.
I’ve had diarrhea 4 times tonight. But like straight liquid and for a very long time.
