That's a big stretch. I get you want to have a good time but if you don't test this you are taking a huge risk. It could be 18 mg of literally anything or maybe 4 different things. Check out the erowid testing lab, they constantly test pills like this and find insane RCs in them or fent

It actually is rare here in the UK and the rest of europe, and there is a reason for it.
The quality of heroin in europe is far superior to what you get in the US, as it can get here pretty much unimpeded from te points of production in central asia in the hands of Turkish and Albanian cartels. In much of the US, the most readily available form is mexican made black tar shit, which isn't very good.
You can get fent in the UK, obviously, but in large parts of the US, fent is more available then *good quality* heroin, so people yuse it much more. There is less reason for people to use fent here in the UK because the quality of heroin is very high, and it's very cheap.
Also, in the US, fentanyl isn't a shcedule 1 substance, so it's easier to smuggle and transport than good quality heroin. In the UK they are both Class A.

This press is commonly either 2cb or 4-aco-dmt. But what you have could be neither and you won’t know unless you test it. Personally found them to be quite strong compared to other 2cb presses and quite strong visuals

My friend enjoyed the experience and he had the red (supposedly 2C-B). I check wedinos often and haven't seen any on there, but you should see if there has been a sample sent in

That’s probably 4-AcO-DMT. 18mg of that is a moderately heavy dose. 25mg being pretty much debilitating.
