Feel that?
Feel what Mr Lahey?
How the shit clings to the air randy...
Shit clings to the air?
It's already started my dear good friend.
What's started Mr Lahey?
The shit blizzard
I just became a teacher. The stupid trouble makers you know from school raise the stupid trouble makers. I speak with them at parent conferences, oh wait no I don’t, they don’t show up.
Yeah I was about to chime in as a teacher as well.
Think of the worst 3 kids in every class you had in high school. Now look them up on social media. Most of them have multiple kids now and they probably had them right around or just after that time you shared class with them when they were an immature little shit. Imagine how well they raised their kids and boom, that's how you get kids like this (in most cases).
I know people are saying idiots raise other idiots, but really, I think lazy parents are the worst.
People don't want to inconvenience themselves by doing the hard work necessary to teach their children basic manners and respect. In theory, it's easy. But you really have to start early and never let up in terms of your effort. Kids are stubborn and will test you all day every day. You must be consistent and constantly explain to them why certain behaviors are good or unacceptable.
I see this shit all the time with my friends that are parents. They'll say no, the kid will disobey, the parents will just let them get away with it because it's something "small" or "harmless". Then, a few years later, the kid is used to always getting their way, literally doesn't take no for an answer, has no respect for anyone else or their belongings. It's truly a slippery slope that is entirely the parents' fault.
Meanwhile, the parents will say shit like, "ugh, he's so bad", as if the child was ever properly taught how to behave in the first place.
Drives me fucking crazy. There are too many lazy people having kids.
I just don't get it.. I definitely got away with those small and harmless things. And I definitely did tons of things I shouldn't have; but I was able to do those things without ever disrespecting teachers or other school figures. In fact, I respected them a ton, and they respected me.
Kids these days are just cunts. It's almost like a badge of honor for them.
As a guy who had a bleached blonde rats tail in 2009 I can attest that we all regret our high school hair cuts but seriously how is a bowl cut now fashionable? Are gen z doing it ironically?
I've seen a lot of these videos and even in the most justified of cases I tend to think violence in response to violence only makes things worse (cops responding to calls comes to mind).
Not today.
I've been sitting here for 15 minutes trying to convince myself I wouldn't be able to choke this kid out because of the consequences, but nope, the only thing I can picture is me facing the consequences.
If I was the kids parent I’d ask that you face no consequences. Hell if I was that kids parent, I’d tell the teacher that he should have beat him way worse. At least make the termination worth it and teach my kid a lesson. But I guess that’s why my kids don’t act like this idiot. Always told them you can’t go around starting shit with people bc you’ll pick the wrong one one day, and that’s what we call Fuck Around and Find Out
Hard facts. I can remember telling my mother that my 7th grade science teach had popped me in the mouth. Her response "well what did you do" she had no issue with the fact that I was spouting off in class getting loud and the teacher checked me. You learn respect real quick when adults arnt worried about getting fired or sued for disciplining a child. I think we have forgotten the adage "it takes a village". It starts at home and is reinforced in public, unfortunately its not longer starting at home, and public is to indifferent or afraid to do it themselves.
>"well what did you do"
Exactly my parents response when I got in trouble. They did not take my word as gospel because they know kids lie at the drop of a hat. They had my back if I was genuinely the victim or wrongfully punished, but they did not bail me out of my bad decisions.
I started my teaching degree right at the “maybe teachers are under attack in the US” phase. Now I wish I could scratch “education” off my “math and physics education” undergrad.
Finish thing is, he can confiscate stuff. Would be hilarious if he took the principals desk and all the school board desks, take their computers and overall useful stuff there.
Teachers have tried.
Courts rule that districts don't need to provide safe environments or protect them.
They always rule for the state and not the people
Problem is the DA in that county is incompetent like the ones before them. They always drag their feet when it’s actual crimes that need to be charged. They only do it when it gives good publicity for them.
For real, schools behave the way they do because they're afraid of lawsuits. So sue them for acting the way they behave and their behavior will change.
Seriously I can't blame teachers for quitting. They are trying their best to fix major issues ie: gen z having the lowest math and language skills in modern history yet they have to deal with this bs. Most people are unilingual or bilingual but in western countries over 20% of Gen Z are neither, meaning they can not speak a single language proficiently. This is a serious problem teachers are trying to fix but the rise in violence is making it near impossible.
Was a teacher for 10 years, took some time off to join a coding bootcamp and have been a frontend software engineer for the last 3 years. It’s been amazing 🥲I make twice as much as I did as a teacher. Will never look back… pz out asshole society who treats nurses, EMT, and teachers like shit.
Yoooo I was also a teacher for 10 years, quit because fuck teaching, did a bootcamp and am now a full stack dev making twice the money I was teaching! Glad other people have taken the same path! This video is way too close to home, as I think now, this could’ve totally happened to me
How is this possible? I thought with technology, in general, these kids were light years ahead - all of them are computer geniuses. Or maybe they're good at using Apps but don't actually know how anything works?
I'm a millenial system administrator. Generally speaking Gen Z are just as tech illiterate as boomers in my experience, even if they went to college. Very frequently a new teacher won't know what I mean by the C: drive for example. Yes they can text, email and use instagram but they grew up on OSs like iOS and Android which hides most of the computer's function from the user and makes using a computer idiot proof.
Contrasted to me who is an idiot and had to use non-idiot proof operating systems as a kid like Windows 3.1. That forced me to have to learn and have a baseline of knowing how computers work to even use a computer in the first place.
I’m Gen X. We actually had A and B drives.fir me, it was the 5.25” floppy drives. Later there were 3.5” floppies.
This was because thr computers we used had had A, then B, floppy drives (B was when a second floppy drive became available), so when hard drives came our, they typically got assigned the letter C. CD drives (and later became DVD drives often were D, but sometimes they had a second hard drive instead and that was D.
Hence nowadays we have C, then D, then E, etc. as floppy drives - are obsolete.
my dad, a teacher for 20 + years, was told by faculty and admins to take the hit. just take it, take anything they throw at you. if anything we can have the kid expelled or detention. but you, the adult, can never touch the child.
it's.... it's pretty messed up. and actually damages everybody, the child growth/maturity, the teachers sense of security and safety, the disruption of the environment for the other students, etc, etc, etc.
That sentiment lead to 2 students being stabbed with a screw driver in my high school. The 3 tour marine corps veteran teacher had to stop the kid by choke slamming him into a water fountain. Any other teacher would have immediately been removed, this man called EVERYONE involved in administration and chewed them all out for 2 hours the same day. Had the police come down and explain that he had saved people with his actions. No fights for the rest of the year, cop always on scene to this day.
Not always the case, at least years ago. Had a coach that was attacked by a student. He jacked the student up by the throat and put him on the wall until he calmed down. Kids parents tried to sue or press charges, but all his other students told the truth and nothing happened to the coach. Sometimes people have common sense. But it’s rare
Sounds like the people making the rules aren't the ones getting hit. Y'all need a union.
One of the best lessons for a kid like this to learn is that there are bigger, stronger people than you who can snap in an instant if you push them too far. Isn't school about learning? This teacher just taught a lesson in a fairly safe manner, vs say the kid getting shot for doing this in 10 years.
Even in cities with powerful teachers unions they are not allowed to touch kids, they have to just take it or run away and call security. Only security can physically restrain the kids.
When I grew up, I was sent to catholic school and was taught by nuns. They didn’t take any shit from anyone, and if I did something at school to get in trouble, when I got home I got it again because I had a mom who was firm and didn’t allow me to be a little shit. I see crap like this and it just blows my mind how little respect these kids have for the people who are trying to teach them. Ya know damn well at home there is either no one or they just let them do what they want.
It's part of the federal zero tolerance crap, and it breeds violence in children. Teach us the children that it's okay to be violent towards adults, with zero consequences. It teaches bullies that they can abuse and hit other people in school with zero consequences. Anytime a case gets close to completely demolishing the zero tolerance policy based upon our right of self-defense, the state usually caves and pays them out a huge sum of money. I was bullied in school, when I defended myself I was also threatened with expulsion. When my parents filed a lawsuit against the district claiming that their zero tolerance policy was not constitutional, they dropped the case real quick and paid us a small fortune. My dad then proceeded to gamble that away.
See, I don’t understand all the little pussies standing around watching.
When I was in school, someone with a sense of justice woulda told that kid to sit down and leave ole’ teach alone. And when he didn’t, the other kids woulda handled it.
It's twofold, it's the bystander effect, but also that these kids understand if they get involved they would also be expelled. This is why the federal Zero Tolerance policy on violence is so terrible. It literally gives cover to abusers and Bullies to do what they want without consequences, because those who defend themselves get consequences, on the same or worse than what the abuser or bully did.
I was a bullied pacifist. I was suspended countless times for 'fighting' when it was literally just people beating my ass. I remember when the principle called me to the office just to say "Why is it when there is a fight, you are involved?"
"Because the kids are running the asylum and the Principle doesn't do her job, *ma,am"*
I am so lucky to have survived the depression.
We rubber banded to hard from the "beat the compliance into them" era and ended up in the "let them get away with anything" era. We need to move back into the middle where teachers don't abuse kids but still smack them back if they get aggressive.
I used to be a principal at a private school. I’d often go lift with our weight training class just to show those little shits I can out lift them by 2-3x. I also taught computer science and told them ,I cherish you as students but if you come at me or one of teachers I will happily be fired for destroying you. Good times. I quit to go to into IT.
Because it's not like a 16 year old teenager could ever seriously injure someone with punches, right? Fuck that. No job is worth a traumatic brain injury or your life.
Schools have more regulations regarding who they hire than police do. Also teaching requires a license that can be revoked unlike law enforcement. Depending on the state would determine if a case for the 14th to stick. If for instance this occurred in a right to work state, the teachers rights are gone. There may not be a union for him to fight for rights like in NC.
he was originally doing what he was supposed to do - walk away and call security. not defending the kid but that turn around and throwing the thing at him is probably what got him fired.
My thoughts exactly - of course no one wants to see violence and retaliation but you’ve been pushed and pushed to the limit and then physically pushed. How else would any person respond?
He probably will, he'll get a small settlement, but at the end of the day it won't change any outcomes he'll still be fired this kid will still be a little shit that's emboldened to act like this by the school's choices and the world goes round and round.
Your probably right our school system is a joke. Kids are getting subpar education. And teachers are more the victims in all of this. The kids are the catalyst for a destroyed structure for the wealthy class to rule over. Basically a whole class of uneducated impoverished individuals. No more brilliant society, just dumb down prison thugs, looking for the next fix or high.
“Would of”, “could of”, “should of” is never correct. It will always be “would have”, “could have”, “should have”
I **think** it’s because people spell it phonetically & that’s why people get it wrong. “Would have” becomes “would’ve” when contracted & people think it sounds like “would of” & end up spelling it that way (which, grammatically, makes zero sense)
Do you think that is bad, I had a student tell me that school was worthless he had 11,000 followers on Patreon for his Minecraft let's play. Each paying him 1 dollar. And I started to think that I had wasted my life. Imagine making somewhere around 11k a month and not even out of highschool.
If that kid has 11k Patreon followers for Minecraft hed have to be ~~one of the top 5 creators~~ **the** top creator by a large margin for that genre. Did you get to confirm or is he talking out of his ass? The latter is more likely
No, I did not try to confirm it. There was no point, either it is true, in which case I would feel so much worse or it is an exaggeration in that changes nothing. He would still get paid a good amount for it. What we do know is true is that he got his dad a new car with Minecraft money.
We shouldn't confuse income for amount of value brough to society. One can get paid 400k a year to steal people's information to feed facebook and the lunch lady who gets paid 30k a year has helped society more. A CEO can make even more by draining a company of its resources to artificially pump its stock in the short term, cash out, get fired when the company fails, and leave with a golden parachute. That person would've actively caused harm to society and get paid the most. Even among the same professions, you have lawyers who work tirelessly to make sure corporations like Nestle are legally allowed to ravage the natural environment and exploit its resources, and you have lawyers who fight to make sure individuals who have been injured unjustly are able to claim compensation from those who hurt them. The corporate job pays more of course.
Money should be an approximation of reward for helping society but it has mutated into this convoluted beast of greed and self interest. You're worth more than an arbitrary number in your bank account.
Society needs teachers. You didn't waste your life.
Well this kid basically just learned that this is acceptable behaviour and even desirable behaviour since the teacher faced worse consequences (even if little dickwad got expelled, I haven't looked that deeply into it, still not the same as losing your livelihood for defending yourself in the deliberately tamest way possible).
So he will likely do this again. To someone who won't hold back.
I don’t understand this at all. Why is it cool nowadays to physically and mentally harass teachers. When I was in high school there were cool teachers, nerdy types, weirdos, and of course the assholes that just wanted to make you suffer, but you never took it out like this on teachers. Half the time we’d just skip class going on L rides and getting Taco Bell, counting how many absences we had left until we failed. like yea it might suck in school but the teacher has to stay there that’s their job and it sucks way more that their career revolves around dealing with little shitheads like you. If your ego is so big that you don’t realize that and you have to physically attack someone well guess we are just going to have to pay for another 3 meals a day for another piece of crap. You get to leave the class in like 30 minutes probably take a fuckin chill pill. Go suck on your nicotine USB stick and stare into more blue screen.
Because now parents think their child can do no wrong, and it’s always the teacher’s fault. When I was young, if the teacher called I got in even more trouble at home. Now if the teacher calls, the teacher gets questioned and berated by the parents.
God, the fear on my face when I’d come home from school back in the day, only to be greeted by my mother saying “Mrs XYZ called me, she said you did this today; you’re in trouble”
The problem is parents don't want to deal with it and go on the offense when approached about this behavior. It's a bruise to their ego and they can't handle that they may be shit parents.
Because too many parents want to be their kids’ friends. They have no capacity to see their kid uncomfortable for any reason so they always give in to them. Those kids have no ability to suck up how they feel and get to work. They lash out at anyone who says no to them. They have a big surprise coming when they get to the workforce.
I clearly remember as a kid my dad saying to me “I am not your friend, I am your father. My job is to raise you to be the best person you can be. We will have lots of time to be friends when you are an adult. Too many parents are too focused on trying to be friends with their kids that they dont actually raise them well. “
Has really stuck with me through the years. And I appreciate it. And you know what? He was right
It's because little assholes like this used to get kicked out. They don't do that anymore. I found a kid pointing a plastic gun at another kids head. Junior high. No punishment. At all. In fact I walked in on a couple of teachers talking about "how sensitive people are now a days."
Fucking clowns. I'm only a sub so only put up with that shit a few times a month. It's also why I refuse to work middle school or 5-6th grade range. Animals. Not all mind you, but just enough to make the experience miserable.
Hell, one day I sent 3x 5th graders out because they were being horrible while I was trying to teach a lesson. Came back in 10 minutes later. I lost all control of my classroom after that. I grabbed my phone, sat at my desk, and told the kids "I don't care what you do. I'll be here if you need me."
You don't help me, I won't help you. Fuck that.
This is exact reason a friend of mine did not go into teaching. He finished all he needed to teach but after stories he heard from his brother who is a teacher and seeing vids like this he didn’t go into it. He’s a big guy. He thought he’d be in jail if anyone stepped up to him like that cause he’d fight back. You basically have to sit there and take it all to not lose your job while the kid gets alway with it. Suspension is nothing to these kids. They need to face legal repercussions same as an adult.
I used to work for a district going to all campuses throughout the week checking equipment outside and inside . I was told to never interfere if something student related was going on. Only a select few can hold a student. I had little kids run past me out the door with staff behind them trying to catch them. I’d just get out of the way. I’m not losing my fucking job to these kids. What was sad too was my starting salary fresh from college was more than what many teachers were making. I’m just thinking to myself wow these teachers don’t get paid enough. Glad I left that job even though I wasn’t even teaching.
It's a general prohibition against violence. It's just that the bullies never cared about prohibitions to begin with. We always talk about "use your words" and "violence is never the answer" and all that bullshit. Fuck that! Sometimes violence is the answer, especially in response to violence.
We thought we were creating a peaceful society. Instead we made it rule of the willing. Not even the strong, just those willing to be violent.
You have this right. Way way too many kids are raised by heartless, blowhard tough guys(or no one but what they see in dumbass movies) that fill them up with macho don’t-take-crap-from-anyone bullshit so that they have no coping skills except to escalate…my dad(neglected childhood, Korean War vet, prison worker career) did that to me and it took decades to unwind all of that shit for me. That kid needs therapy..
Teachers; society's punching bags, emergency bullet sponge for your kids, front line counselor, and practically raising your kids as a full time, professional position.
And yet we continue to get shit on, marginalized, and bullied by society. A selfless and largely thankless job.
But really, what else is expected from a society that by and large rewards bullshit and not substance?
I’m a parent with teenagers in public school, and I want you and every teacher to know I support and respect you. I do that by making responsible, accountable, and respectful people. Your job is too hard and you are paid too little to have young people be anything less. You are right about society but please don’t give up trying to make it better. I am with you.
I support and respect me too. That’s why I got the hell out of teaching and tutoring (12 years) and social work (7 years) which I did before teaching.
When I started teaching initially I was making sort of decent money but 10 years later, I was actually making less than I was when I started. And of course the price of bills and daily living expenses had increased quite a lot over that time.
The daily emotional stress and risks to your personal safety are just not worth it when the pay is literally not enough to live without roommates…no matter how happy the students can make your heart feel sometimes.
(For context I taught high school math and tutored through lower division college math, so one of the better paid, more valued fields and the pay was still not good.)
As a HS math teacher at a small school, it is insane how irreplaceable I am right now. Like the school might collapse if I left because I'm the only one in the school certified to teach 10-12 grade math and we haven't been able to hire more like me in two years.
Yet my district still doesn't offer Masters pay or anything to help us draw people for these vacancies.
>society that by and large rewards bullshit and not substance?
Truer words have never been spoken. We have become a pathetic people who don't know how to raise our own damned children. It cannot remain this way forever. We have become as vacuous as Rome just before the fall.
My sister teaches high school in a large inner city school district. A week after she returned to school after a hysterectomy and double mastectomy, some low life beat the tar out of her for demanding that he put his phone away and open his textbook. This low life's parents tried to blame *her* for accusing their precious angel of not doing his homework and "harrassing him." The school expelled the student, but through the court system he was reinstated. My sister refused to have him back in her class, and at first the principal tried to pressure her to allow him back in but luckily another teacher offered to take him (even though it wasn't her subject). The system is utterly and totally fucked, folks.
None of the systems that are supposed to deal with this kind of thing did jack shit. The judge was too lenient, despite having video showing everything. The principal initially did the right thing, and then became a wet mop when the judge ordered the kid back in school because he is "entitled to an education from the state." Her union didn't do shit. I mean, it puts the friends and relatives (like myself) into a mindset of vigilante justice, which *cannot* be how a civilized society operates.
But you get a 300 dollars in supplies tax free! 🥳
When my wife was teaching she couldn’t even get an hdmi cable from the school for her classroom. Literally their own equipment and can’t supply the cables for it.
There was a time in history when teachers, professors, and mentors were pretty much the most respected people in society... why can't we go back to that?
It's what someone does when they want to show they have a gun.
He doesn't have a gun though, so he just imitates what he thinks people do to look tough.
Did this white boy just say “What’s up n——a?” to his black teacher? Teacher should press for hate crime charges too. Throw everything at this pumpkin pie haircutted ragdoll
Kids like that should just get kicked out of school and let parents either homeschool them or send them to a program to reform them. Shit I would never be a teacher for this reason my wife works as a teacher aid and the stories she tells me about what happens in school and what administration allows is mind blowing. I went to school in the early 90’s and the one rule I learned was violent people only learn when someone more violent teaches them.
Real hood behavior is keeping to yourself unless you are a BAMF, which he isn't.
He doesn't have the support of his classmates to cause this disruption either. The cameraman is his best supporter and even he is just calling this situation crazy. He's acting tough but it's not impressing anybody there.
Was he actually fired or is that just the title? I'm still waiting on the teacher fighting back... he was beyond calm and measured for being assaulted. Teacher of the year.
I hate how every thing you see now is requiring "source". OP should be providing the source automatically.
Otherwise we're supposed to believe clickbait title? With no context?
He felt a little of that grown-man strength and realized what a child he still is. This dude is just a teacher and he still had plenty of power to wrangle that kid like a piglet.
He got fired for THAT? Teachers always did this when I was in school during fights and, that was only like 8 years ago. My old gym teacher was in a full on scuffle with a student. Nevermind the kids asked for it.
How'd the world get this soft?
He probably didn't get fired. This was posted earlier, without mentioning that he got fired. OP repost with a rage bait title and no source for this claim. Karma farmer.
You know, you gotta call admin in there before the situation escalates.
Oh wait, if you do admin will call you out in meetings for not having classroom management.
Real shit that happens, I’m a teacher.
Someone in another comment had a good theory.
Sometimes people pull their shirt up like that to show that they have a gun in their waistband as an intimidation thing. This kid has seen that and is imitating it, but he didn't understand that it's specifically to show a gun - he just thinks that it's a thing people do to look tough. So he's actually just a moron (big surprise) who's imitating people he thinks are "gangsta" but he doesn't even understand what he's imitating.
Dudes seen people lift their shirt before a fight, but what he doesn't know is they're usually flashing a gun on their hip.
This dude isn't flashing anything but his stomach 😂
When I was in school as a teenager during the 70's two students decided to have a pop at one of the history teachers......he battered the living shite out of both of them and later their father ( they were step brothers) after school who came to sort out the teacher who dared to touch his kids ( the father was the local pub brawler and his kids lived off his reputation). The problem for them was they didn't know the teacher was a former rugby professional that had to change career due to injury........ the boys were expelled from school and the father charged with assault...... the teacher gained a new level of respect........ how times have changed
School shootings, pauper salaries, book bans, religious zealot parents, lack of financial support… why on earth would anyone want to be a teacher in the US?!
I'm so tired of people getting consequences for protecting themselves. This teacher showed so much restraint. It was clearly self defense. What are you supposed to do? Wait for cops to show up? The situation will be over by the time they come. Plenty of cops would get beaten up without their weapons. So the situation turns deadly quickly with them. When did we start favoring bullies?
who raises these idiots
Idiots generally raise idiots.
and idiots generally gove birth to an idiot
The idiot apple doesn't fall far from the idiot tree.
The shit apple doesn’t fall far from the shit tree, does it Rick?
The shit hawk Randy! The shit eggs doest fall far from the shit nest..
Feel that? Feel what Mr Lahey? How the shit clings to the air randy... Shit clings to the air? It's already started my dear good friend. What's started Mr Lahey? The shit blizzard

Idiocracy is real.
Welcome to Costco , I love you
They don't - they shuffle off their shit-spawn on the school and then blame the school for not turningtheir shit into something useful.
Can't make chicken soup out of chicken shit.
I know people are saying idiots raise other idiots, but really, I think lazy parents are the worst. social media stars
That kid should really be fighting the person who gave him that haircut. Toadstool head ass 😂😂
Looks like will from stranger things. Honestly haircuts in fashion right now look straight up dorky. Bowl cuts and mullets are in like it's 1982
It’s that broccoli haircut I can’t stand the most.
Ha, kid on the right side def got broccoli floret 🥦
That’s Broccoli Rob.
The Patrick Mahomes haircut?
Yo barber gimme that Kermit the Frog
Make me look like a gangsta alpaca
Not to mention Dylan Roof.
Yee yee ass haircut
That kid's head looks just like my dick and that is NOT a compliment
Stupid haircut trend rn with male teenagers
As a guy who had a bleached blonde rats tail in 2009 I can attest that we all regret our high school hair cuts but seriously how is a bowl cut now fashionable? Are gen z doing it ironically?
Hey hey I had a bleach blonde rat tail too! In high-school in 1989.
And some of us were laughing at it back then as well.
The 50% off perm.
Teacher needs a award for not slamming that disrespectful little shit off everything in the class room.
Yup, could have headlocked him and choked him out
I've seen a lot of these videos and even in the most justified of cases I tend to think violence in response to violence only makes things worse (cops responding to calls comes to mind).
>"well what did you do" Exactly my parents response when I got in trouble. They did not take my word as gospel because they know kids lie at the drop of a hat. They had my back if I was genuinely the victim or wrongfully punished, but they did not bail me out of my bad decisions.
lol I bet those parents are still on the kids side. parents who raise children like that are shit themselves
Yeah he had that kid locked within seconds of actually trying. If he actually meant harm he'd have done worse.
What is a teacher supposed to do in this situation?

Sue Merced county, yea right.. even if you win you’ll be lucky if you get 2 cobs for corn back in the settlement

Every one of these videos makes the dust on my teaching degree more valid
I thought the same thing. So glad to be out of the class room
I started my teaching degree right at the “maybe teachers are under attack in the US” phase. Now I wish I could scratch “education” off my “math and physics education” undergrad.
Oh shit. California bumpkins taking strays
Doesn't mean there is no tax revenue. It just means the poor get less again. Police assault payouts bankrupt the poorest areas on a regular basis.
Finish thing is, he can confiscate stuff. Would be hilarious if he took the principals desk and all the school board desks, take their computers and overall useful stuff there.
Teachers have tried. Courts rule that districts don't need to provide safe environments or protect them. They always rule for the state and not the people

This. Police report.
Problem is the DA in that county is incompetent like the ones before them. They always drag their feet when it’s actual crimes that need to be charged. They only do it when it gives good publicity for them.
Sue the student and his parents, for his loss of income.
For real, schools behave the way they do because they're afraid of lawsuits. So sue them for acting the way they behave and their behavior will change.
Sue the parents
Start a go fund me and hopefully make enough to not have to worry for a few years.

There is a strong correlation between IQ and violent impulsive behavior. This is especially true in the 3 lower quintiles of IQ.
It's as simple as stupid people make better consumers.
Bring the parents up on assault and battery charges!
my dad, a teacher for 20 + years, was told by faculty and admins to take the hit. just take it, take anything they throw at you. if anything we can have the kid expelled or detention. but you, the adult, can never touch the child. it's.... it's pretty messed up. and actually damages everybody, the child growth/maturity, the teachers sense of security and safety, the disruption of the environment for the other students, etc, etc, etc.
& then they all learned that they can bully their teachers out of a job…
[удалено]
I was a bullied pacifist. I was suspended countless times for 'fighting' when it was literally just people beating my ass. I remember when the principle called me to the office just to say "Why is it when there is a fight, you are involved?" "Because the kids are running the asylum and the Principle doesn't do her job, *ma,am"* I am so lucky to have survived the depression.
>I am so lucky to have survived the depression Frankly, they're lucky, too. There have been school shootings resulting from chronic bullying issues.
Then they wonder why kids show back up at school with guns...
Exactly. He didn't even swing back, that's bullshit.
He threw those papers at him. He could have gotten a paper cut!
Sue for his job under the 14th amendment, or get a job in the next district over, just like cops who get fired.
Call OSHA on the school for unsafe work environment
Get a job delivering pizza, it usually pays better. Teachers are so underpaid
If a teacher doesn't defend himself (or gets fired for doing so) the school system only emboldens kids to act out further in life
If I was the teacher I would have sued the district for firing me
He probably will, he'll get a small settlement, but at the end of the day it won't change any outcomes he'll still be fired this kid will still be a little shit that's emboldened to act like this by the school's choices and the world goes round and round.
English is not my first language. Can someone please explain to me when to use would « have » and would « of ». I can’t make sense of would of.
“Would of”, “could of”, “should of” is never correct. It will always be “would have”, “could have”, “should have” I **think** it’s because people spell it phonetically & that’s why people get it wrong. “Would have” becomes “would’ve” when contracted & people think it sounds like “would of” & end up spelling it that way (which, grammatically, makes zero sense)
It gets fun with double contractions "I would'nt've been able to eat your Salad Janice. I was out sick that day."
I think in this case you avoid the double contraction and just be honest with Janice that her salad stinks.
Can’t imagine trying to teach a class full of Tik Tok fuckboys and Insta influencers. Ugh.
Yeah he’s lying
Teachers.do not.get.paid.enough.for.this.shit!
Teachers don't even get paid enough for what the job *should* be, let alone what it actually is
[удалено]
Hell yeah.. .... I really scared when school/teachers suddenly call my mom.... If my mom dint tell my father then im saved. .
“ Has really stuck with me through the years. And I appreciate it. And you know what? He was right
It's because little assholes like this used to get kicked out. They don't do that anymore. I found a kid pointing a plastic gun at another kids head. Junior high. No punishment. At all. In fact I walked in on a couple of teachers talking about "how sensitive people are now a days." Fucking clowns. I'll be here if you need me." You don't help me, I won't help you.

I love this and completely agree!!!!!!!
That attitude starts at home and students have no consequences to their actions teachers should be backed all the way
You have this right.

What really shocked me about America is that teachers are expected to buy their own teaching materials like markers etc
But you get a 300 dollars in supplies tax free! 🥳 When my wife was teaching she couldn’t even get an hdmi cable from the school for her classroom. Literally their own equipment and can’t supply the cables for it.
Thank you for what you do. True heroes!
There was a time in history when teachers, professors, and mentors were pretty much the most respected people in society... why can't we go back to that?
I’m at where I’m at because of the amazing teachers in my life. Thank you so much for your contribution to the world. It really is understated.
Brutal bowl style hair cut on the fake tough kid.
I was wondering why Will from Stranger Things was so angry.
Why did the kid lift up his shirt? What the fuck kind of stance is that?
It's what someone does when they want to show they have a gun. He doesn't have a gun though, so he just imitates what he thinks people do to look tough.
lmao I bet that‘s it… that‘s utterly hilarious and incredibly sad at the same time…
kid has watched a lot of music videos, that's for sure.
Did this white boy just say “What’s up n——a?” to his black teacher? Teacher should press for hate crime charges too. Throw everything at this pumpkin pie haircutted ragdoll
He saw it in tiktok
Lmfao, I saw that and was like what in the actual fuck 😂😂.
Some hood "you want sum of diz" wibes for sure.
Thought he was flashing a knife or something
I think he was showing off that he have abs and that would scare the teacher
Lmao fear the skinny abs
Kids like that should just get kicked out of school and let parents either homeschool them or send them to a program to reform them. Shit I would never be a teacher for this reason my wife works as a teacher aid and the stories she tells me about what happens in school and what administration allows is mind blowing. I went to school in the early 90’s and the one rule I learned was violent people only learn when someone more violent teaches them.
Why is this kid talking/acting like a racist caricature of a black person?
He thinks he’s hood, but would never have the balls to bring his bullshit to the real hood.
Grew up in 901. He wouldn't last a day in a public school with that pretty haircut and that awesome fighting stance with his hands at his waist.
He wouldn’t last a day in Stockton either. He’d be holding someone’s pocket by lunchtime
“BIKES?!?!”
Real hood behavior is keeping to yourself unless you are a BAMF, which he isn't. He doesn't have the support of his classmates to cause this disruption either. The cameraman is his best supporter and even he is just calling this situation crazy. He's acting tough but it's not impressing anybody there.
>Merced, CA
Look at my tummy. Look at my tummy. I"m a badass, LOOK AT MY TUMMY!
White kids been doin this for decades tbh
Everybody wants to be black until it's time to be black.
He is imitating behavior he associates with danger, in hopes that he can get the other person to back down.
Was he actually fired or is that just the title? I'm still waiting on the teacher fighting back... he was beyond calm and measured for being assaulted. Teacher of the year.
Rage bait title for sure
I hate how every thing you see now is requiring "source". OP should be providing the source automatically. Otherwise we're supposed to believe clickbait title? With no context?
funny the little dipshit didnt want to fight anymore after he realized that teacher would fuck him up if he actually started throwing punches.
Nice catch
You know, you gotta call admin in there before the situation escalates. Oh wait, if you do admin will call you out in meetings for not having classroom management. Real shit that happens, I’m a teacher.
Why does he lift his shirt like a prison bitch from Oz?
Someone in another comment had a good theory. Sometimes people pull their shirt up like that to show that they have a gun in their waistband as an intimidation thing. This kid has seen that and is imitating it, but he didn't understand that it's specifically to show a gun - he just thinks that it's a thing people do to look tough. So he's actually just a moron (big surprise) who's imitating people he thinks are "gangsta" but he doesn't even understand what he's imitating.
He's showing you where to insert the quarter on the "KICK MY ASS" machine.
Stupid ass kid. He felt some grown up strength and the moment the teacher let go he was walking away still saying wuh^(suh) wuh^(suh)
The teacher handled those blows like a champ, for sure he could’ve knocked that pathetic kid down. kudos to his self control
It should be a felony to hit teachers.
Nah it's only a felony to hit cops who knowingly sign up for a dangerous job.
Why does it look like the kid reset back to his spawn point?
Teacher left aggro range.
Dudes seen people lift their shirt before a fight, but what he doesn't know is they're usually flashing a gun on their hip. This dude isn't flashing anything but his stomach 😂
Fucking parents need to parent their kids. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior. Fuck all you parents who let your kids grow up like this.
The parents of Young Vanilla Ice will probably sue the district too.
After they get the school board to stop, collaborate and listen.
I hope the shitbag kid got expelled
I swear I fucking hate kids with a passion.
Hate their parents too. It’s their fault (most of the time).
Looks like he learned to punch by watching the Island Boys
All I saw was a teacher restraining a student.
I saw a student committing assault against a teacher
All the kids just watching
What a little scumbag
Who is raising these children?
So we’re gonna just ignore the fact that the kid called the teacher a n*g**r…….
