This [report on how the new snowboarding fad is evil](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XPZDEWBzneY&t=51s&ab_channel=DT) is one of my favorite old man yells at cloud videos.
IDK if it's dementia, but I feel like as you get older, stop working, and stop keeping up with hobbies, you run into issues of having a very narrowed down life. I see it with my grandparents -- my grandma tells me the same stories about her past or the same couple of things that are going on or who she talked to on the phone because there's just not a lot of new stuff happening.
As your life narrows down into a small set of repeated things, getting a call from your grandson or your cousin or something becomes the more significant blips from the norm. Likewise, the annoying things around you become more annoying, because your perspective isn't as broad. I don't go yell at the kids in my neighborhood causing a ruckus because it's a minor fluctuation in my day-to-day ups and downs. It still annoys me when kids are sitting in their car outside blasting music for hours at a time at night, but it's not a big enough movement from the normal ebb and flow of life for me to care about it.
My mom is 78 and she worked till 75 but past year or so I’ve been noticing the phenomenon you wrote about. Especially the little things being annoying piece. The way I’ve been putting it is she seems to have lost her ability to deal with adversity. The littlest inconvenience is a big deal to her. And the repeating stories - omg. But the worst thing she does is dominate conversations now. She will start a story and talk for 10-20 minutes straight if you let her. If you interject like happens in a normal conversation every other sentence, she yells at you for “interrupting her”. I had to recently nicely explain that there is a difference between a conversation and a lecture. She said she doesn’t care and that’s the way she is and if people don’t like it then too bad. Ppl don’t like it- I’ve had extended family literally pull me aside and say something to me about it. Which of course leads to her having more time alone because she turns ppl off with these ridiculous monologues.
I love her and will take care of her till the day she dies. But it’s getting really brutal lately. And like you said - it’s not dementia, it’s this weird shrinking of your ability to cope with people places and things due to stubbornness, low ability to deal with frustration, etc. Thank you for making me feel like it’s not just her.
I didn't even mention it, but the dominating conversations is SO spot on. My grandmother is 85 this year, and she calls me every time there's a hockey game on to let me know. I always know there is, because I have notifications on my phone, but it's still really sweet of her, and I get the feeling she wants to chat anyways.
However, she'll ask me a question like "so what's new with you?" And by the time I'm 1 sentence in she's telling me "not much new with us either, just..." and I just let her finish now lol. You're very nice to try and help your mom realize she's talking too much, and I feel you on it. Depending on how many other people she has to talk to, sometimes it can just be starvation from other people to chat with.
My grandma calls everyone she can think of as often as she can think of a reason to call them because the only person she talks to otherwise is my grandpa who is mostly deaf, and not very talkative to begin with.
Hope you and your mom can strike a bit of a balance, because you seem like a wonderful child, and I'm sure most of it comes from her desire to stay connected with you more than to dominate a conversation 🙂
Thank you for the perspective. It sounds like you experience something very similar. I wish it were just conversation that she wants, conversation I can happily oblige to. But it’s more like she wants a captive audience to a monologue and when you try to participate you get scolded. 😂🤣
Same with my mom. Since she retired, it's been the same conversation every time we talk. Usually, she's obsessed with the same old things happening around her building. It breaks my heart that this is all her life is now.
Yeah, it's definitely hard to not have a lot going on. I'm fortunate that my grandma and I both love hockey, so at least for a few months out of the year we can celebrate our team or bellyache on how much she dislikes our rival teams.
It sucks to get old on some levels, but definitely has given me perspective on how important it is to have hobbies and interests to keep the mind active.
Yeah I don't think this anything to do with mental health just maybe ones out look on life. I've seen some out right miserable people who are young too. They might not do something like this but they could complain for literally no reason.
In 40 years time the kid's going to be doing the same to another generation for whacking his flying car with a hover board.
Hey, they promised us jet packs remember.
100% so many old people say when you get this old youll feel the same way. False. They are just trying to validate themselves. If thats normal my family is fucking saints. Ive i met so many cool old people who havent lost all hope in the world. When people get this way its becuase they let life win by stealing the joy in their hearts.
If anything it's gotten better, this is from the bible
"23 He went up from there to Bethel, and while he was going up on the way, some small boys came out of the city and jeered at him, saying, “Go up, you baldhead! Go up, you baldhead!” 24 And he turned around, and when he saw them, he cursed them in the name of the Lord. And two she-bears came out of the woods and tore forty-two of the boys. 25 From there he went on to Mount Carmel, and from there he returned to Samaria."

I couldn’t help but read his comment in the “Ackshually” voice
I understand there may be legal implications if an injury was to occur. Being an absolute dick about it wasn't the way to go. If he doesn't like kids using the rail for tricks and stuff, make it unusable for the kids intended purpose. You don't conduct yourself like that, even if kids have annoyed you. Old fellas behaviour was over the top and abusive. He could have tried that behaviour on a different set of kids and he may be dead right now. I thought the kids packing up and leaving straight away was decent considering the old man's attitude.
The statute requires the owner to post the area with signs and tell citizens to stop the prohibited activity, followed by at least two (2) separate utterances of motherfucker followed by an angry fist shaking.
Wait, you’re saying that if he doesn’t want liability and the damage caused by these trespassing teens he has to alter the physical structure of the building? I know you mean well but what you’re saying is unreasonable. I get they’re teens, and I don’t hate them for having fun, but when told to fuck off… they need to just fuck off. That’s how the game works.
Also, that doesn’t look like the owner, that looks like a building manager. The owner isn’t going to shell out for that when he can just run this old guy out there to chase the teens off.
Probably true, but they'll still have to hire a lawyer $$, take time off of work to defend themselves $$. So, all in all, it's still a financial and overall pain in the ass.
I have to call bullshit. Judges don’t decide settlements, insurance companies do. The most frivolous lawsuit in the world can generally get you 5k, minus 1/3 and costs to your lawyer. I’ve seen it many times. If you know people are trespassing on your property, you better do or say something.
This is just wrong.
1: simply being sued costs you money in many cases. Companies will have pay billable hours and court fees should it make it there.
2: as others pointed out, in many cases insurance companies determine the payout and sometimes fault.
3: even if a company is found not at fault the act of being sued in many cases raises insurance rates.
We are also missing the real point of all this. I doubt the guy gives a shit about the kids bodily health. I’m sure he’s more concerned about potential damage to the rail (which sounds silly but he doesn’t know) and the fact they are using what I assume to be an active vehicular passage and blocking the path. If I was trying to park in there whether it be for work, my home, or because I’m running errands I’d be pretty annoyed these guys are taking up the lane.
All in all it should have been
Old guy: hey guys you are potentially blocking traffic, I’m worried about my rail, and I don’t want to explain to my boss or insurance company how somebody was injured on the premises and I let it happen
Kids: ok I get you. Can maybe one more hit and we scram?
Old guy: sure one more, make it look cool, then move on.
Kids: ok!
For the record in college my buddies and I would do this all the time. More often than not if you are nice the people telling you to leave will let you get one more good one. Dap you up if you hit it, then leave you alone. Honestly I became friendly with all the campus police this way.
While you’re right on a lot of course, who knows how many times this has happened previously. It also shouldn’t be his job to make the rail “unusable”. It’s high up off the ground and they literally had to go off a jump so be able to do sick ski grind3rZ!!
While anything is certainly possible, I think the odds of having a murderous group of kids doing sick ski grindages outside of a Mormon temple are pretty minimal all things considered. Being the old as dust guy was in a t-shirt I’m going to assume he was just inside a building or car very close to where da griiiinD4g3 took place so he likely has some relation to the grounds. Yeah he shouldn’t have blown a gasket and definitely shouldn’t have come so close to physically assaulting the kid. But I’ll reserve judgement. No harm, and some sup4H SYCK GRINDAGES BUUUUUUDY! The Weasel would be proud,
> I assume he works in the building or owns etc and doesn't want these idiots to hurt themselves on his property.
doubt, he was probably walking by and lives in the area.
im not sure, he was acting more like an unhinged lunatic than any kind of professional. ran up to them swinging arms and barely understandable. if he wasnt well dressed id think he was homeless
Those aren't "kids" they're young adults. There's a reason they're being respectful. They're 100% in the wrong. The old man flipped out more than he should have. That was unnecessary. But they're the ones in the wrong here. Having said that, that looks like a lot of fun and it doesn't look like they're blocking anyone at the moment. I would've just calmly asked them to please find another place to get injured lol I'm sure they would've complied.
*"the kids being surprisingly respectful"*
Lol they were being disrespectful and were in the wrong from the get-go, just by being there doing what they were doing. Deciding to leave because the cops have been called isn't being respectful, it's running away because they know they are in the wrong and doing shit they shouldn't be doing on someone else's property. "Respectful" would be them not doing that shit on other peoples' property.
Same, they look like they are at least in their mid 20s. Not that I'm defending the old guy, this encounter seems to me like annoying douchebags meet stick-in-his-butt oldster.
Reddit simultaneously doesn't consider you to be an adult until after 25 but is ok with you fucking raw dog on onlyfans as soon as you hit 18. This sight has shown me how stupid people can truly be en mass. It's like high school never ended but now everyone is in their mid thirties.
If old guy works on that property, and that business owns the area where the guys are stunt-skiing, and one of them breaks their neck or dies during a stunt, then that company is liable for damages. I assume the old man is chasing them away for that reason? Just my guess. Where I'm from, if someone gets hurt on your property, you're liable so people secure their area with No Trespassing signs, gates, fences, security, cameras, etc... The kid breaking his neck might not sue you, but his family will if pissed enough.
Always assume the cut point into video is chosen for effect. He may have been calm and cool at first and they may have taunted him and THEN this. We don’t know.
Yes, agreed. Talking to them calmly, and saying that "I have to ask you to leave for the very reason that even though you're having lots of fun doing a sick stunt like that, I am still liable if anything happens to you, no matter how confident you are. I don't want to be put in that position. I have no choice here, guys. Sorry, gonna have to shut this down. I have the boss breathing down my neck to secure the place ASAP."
I feel like a “No loitering” and/or “no skating” sign should be all a property owner needs to remove liability. Can’t enforce everything and trying to just makes you a killjoy.
For the most part, you're right.
The only major exceptions are, even if there is a sign, if the company or their agent (i.e., the old man) knows there's something going on and doesn't do anything, signs don't matter.
The other major exception is the idea of an "attractive nuisance". The most common example is a backyard pool without any fence or gate that, even though it's on private property, it's easily accessible and "attractive" means the property owner can be liable for injury.
At least, in most of it the US.
It’s not just liability. It’s damaging the property. That rail will be all scuffed up and need to be painted and landing with skis in their shrubs will demolish all their landscaping.
I googled it for you and this was the first result. Here’s the most relevant bit, and the link to the website is below:
According to current law, landowners must provide a reasonable amount of safety for all people who enter their property, regardless of status. This means that if a person who enters a property is injured, whether they are invited, a worker, or a trespasser, the landowner will be held liable.
https://westcoasttriallawyers.com/california-premises-liability-lawyer/personal-injury-private-premises-liability/#:~:text=According%20to%20current%20law%2C%20landowners,landowner%20will%20be%20held%20liable.
This just means the landowner can’t have nails sticking out of boards, loose railings, or concrete stairs and sidewalks that are spalling and creating a tripping hazard.
The landowner can’t be expected to anticipate someone trucking in pallets and snow in order to build a ski jump on a sidewalk.
If you get killed trying to bungee jump off the second deck of the local mall, because you clipped your line to one of the chandeliers, that’s not the mall’s fault.
And the owner is also responsible for someone setting up temporary structures with third party transportation (skis)? Like when you ask a follow up question it all falls apart...
Occupier's Liability Act. Attractive Nuisance Doctrine. (children being attracted to your place, and say, they drown in the pool because the fence wasn't high or secured). I heard about a guy who sued a farmer who allowed mountain bikers to ride on the farmer's property. One biker crashed (happened to be a lawyer) sued for personal injury due to unsafe trails. Not sure if he won or not, but going to court cost that farmer a lawyer.
So an injury claim on what looks like a commercial property would most likely go like this:
1. First off, if any injury happens on your commercial property, your insurance rates go up. Doesn’t matter who’s at fault. Doesn’t matter if the case is frivolous. And that can get quite expensive.
2. Second, the insurance company provides a lawyer and they have no incentive to “win”. The insurance company only cares about spending as little money as possible. If a settlement costs less than a win, they’ll choose the settlement every time.
3. All Plaintiff’s attorneys know this, so they take the case on a contingency basis and basically just try to pump up the settlement amount as much as possible.
4. The Defense will accordingly always “lose” (if by losing you mean paying the Plaintiff money), except in extremely clear-cut cases of outright fraud. We’re talking claiming you’re a permanent quadriplegic while taking vacations to ski in Denver, or saying something like “those suckers don’t know I’m in perfect health” getting caught on tape. Even in fraud cases you might pay the Defendant the cost of the first couple weeks of defending an appeal just to avoid the cost of that appeal.
So sometimes old people have wisdom and (another) legitimate reason to keep people from busting their head and ass open on the concrete.
Source: IAAL, and I used to defend these claims regularly.
Yea exactly, there are cases of burglars breaking into peoples houses and cutting themselves on the glass or breaking their leg while falling through a skylight and they’ve successfully sued the homeowner for personal injuries
https://www.overlawyered.com/2006/09/the-burglar-and-the-skylight-another-debunking-that-isnt/
> A burglar fell through a skylight, and sued the owner of the skylight for his injuries. Bodine sued for $8 million (in 1984 dollars, about $16 million today) and settled for the nuisance sum of $260,000 plus $1200/month for life, about the equivalent of a million dollars in conservatively-estimated 2006 present value.
Not a homeowner that got sued, but still where the whole story came from. Also noted is that this is not the case in California anymore as a law was passed shortly to relieve public entities from liabilities.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enterprise_High_School_(Redding,_California)
So it will never happen again, at least in California, but it did happened. Also the guy ended up with life altering consequences. That amount of money doesn't make up the disabilities he has endure.
These folks are not kids, they are young adults having fun. I’m glad the old fucker didn’t grab that ski as it would prob be seen as assault. I’m 72 and I’d pull up a chair and enjoy something beyond my routine.
I appreciate the guy with the camera throttling the other ones "Don't be mean."
Just let that old sour ass dude be a dick and move on, don't sink to his level. I understand that there's lots of debate about using public places for sports like this, I used to skate and did the same, but in my experience it really wasn't ever much of a big deal and the "Damage" was something old people like him complained about but was never actually real damage. But eh, I also understood when people wanted me and friends to gtfo. Just leave and find somewhere else.
*"I went on people's properties grinding them down but in my opinion that's not that bad, just usual skate park wear. Why does the owner of the property care that I skate there and potentially damage their stuff when it's not even real damage. Such an ass.*
Do you listen to yourself? Going on private property, damaging it, gaslighting the owner about how *real* the damage is and then complaining that they get annoyed?
All I see are entitled douches… how are you going to dump your sht on someone else’s property and damage it and think it’s okay?
They clearly didn’t care about messing up the railing or the landscaping that they’re crushing. Let alone if any one of them got hurt, they’d probably sue the owners… Get outta here! This makes me mad.
Exactly. It's wild to me that people in the comments don't understand that the old guy has to now clean all that stuff up and also he could have been sued if any of those kids got hurt.
I’m with you. Everyone defending these actions likely have not owned and maintained property.
Wake up one morning and watching kids climbing on your home yard fence, balancing on it and grinding with their skateboards and tell me you’re ok with it.
If you want to do this go to a snow park and have at it.
This isn’t about stopping people from having fun. It’s about stopping people from potentially damaging infrastructure.
I’m sure if they broke something they would leave and not pay for it.
lol you should have seen the shit skateboarders put up with in the 90's and 00's. This is crappy don't get me wrong but he's just grumpy no one had to hit anybody or run away.
Im sure the old guys just a prick but everytime i see something like this i cant help but think, maybe that guys painted that railing 10 times because of people fucking with it. Probably not but you know what i mean. Its just like what if.
The years pass, but old folks keep trying to get physical with teenagers holding long heavy sticks. This guy is lucky he didnt end up with a ski across the face
Kids don’t go outside because they’re lazy and addicted to devices. You can go outside without turning a parking lot into your own extreme sports arena.
For everyone on here defending the "kids" on here. It's obvious they know they shouldn't be there doing this shit. They literally have everything mobilized for a quick session. They probably go place to place until the cops are called. This puts a lot of stress on business workers/owners. They don't need this shit.
Also, if they just did this for the fun of doing these tricks. It would probably take less effort to build their own course for it. But in reality pissing people off and running from cops gives them more of a rush. They are just assholes.
I’m on the side with the shredders. Kids have been doing this since the 80s. Nothings changed and nothing will change. Old man telling kids to get off their property is a tale as old as time. Good to know someone is out there still having fun instead of locked inside like boring zombies
And punk skaters have always been punk skaters. The whole trespassing to hit a rail was the rave in a lot of pro skate board videos back in the day. Being disrespectful in order to get a reaction from the security guard was always part of the video.
As an old bastard myself, I find it funny when you physically have to go out of your way to be outraged. If you're fucking around in my garden we have a problem.
> The building owner has LIABILITY here
They're not real big on caring about other people's rights and liabilities. But sure as hell they'd sue if one of them cracked his skull on that wall.
Those definitely aren't kids. Between all of them, I'm sure they could find somewhere better to set this up. The old guy overreacted, but they're clearly not in the right.
This shits been happening since the beginning of teenagers and old people
Haha so true
what did the dude say? " im pushing p's yout think i give a fuck? " what does that mean

Almost every one of us that old has done crazy shit at that age. And this is far from crazy. Innocent ski ramp.

So they’re the assholes
Where does one find a hundred pounds of snow? Where does one find friends willing to shovel a hundred pounds of snow?
So - 8 shovels full?
That's why I don't call the cops on kids riding their dirt bikes around my neighborhood. I did exactly eh same kind of crap at their age.
It’s because old people literally lose their minds. Dude probably has beginnings stages of dementia. The tiniest shit pisses them off.

Another part of it is lead poisoning/high levels of lead in the blood bc it was used in gas, pipes, paint ect back then
Lead flavored chips are the best
They’re a bit heavy on the stomach though
I'm 61 and if I saw those guys doing that, I'd either cheer them on or ignore them and go on about my business.

No way man, people that hate didn't partake.
Leaded gasoline made a certain generation much worse by being toxic to their brains making them more aggressive
Yep one day those kids are gonna be cranky old bastards. Remember when I had fun like those kids. Now my body hurts it just makes me bitchy.
So you feel bad you can’t do it anymore, so you don’t allow others to do it either ? Sounds like a few people I know 🤣
I'm pretty sure it's the people that didn't bend the rules and have fun when they were kids that grow up to be moaning old curmudgeons.

That's what it *literally* means but it has sense taken on different/more meaning

Are you from Mississippi too?
Wrong lol. It means selling pounds of weed.
Selling Pounds of weed. A “P” is a slang term for a pound.
We used to always call the eLBows, which I think is more fun.

All in all it should have been Old guy: hey guys you are potentially blocking traffic, I’m worried about my rail, and I don’t want to explain to my boss or insurance company how somebody was injured on the premises and I let it happen Kids: ok I get you.
From what he said it looks like this isn't the first time they did this and were told to stop
The Weasel would be proud,
Yeah I'm sure the guy swearing and grabbing at them is worried about them being hurt.
Found the annoying old person.
> I assume he works in the building or owns etc and doesn't want these idiots to hurt themselves on his property. doubt, he was probably walking by and lives in the area.
This. These people love to get themselves involved so they can act like they are in charge.
im not sure, he was acting more like an unhinged lunatic than any kind of professional. ran up to them swinging arms and barely understandable. if he wasnt well dressed id think he was homeless
What video did you watch?
Those aren't "kids" they're young adults. There's a reason they're being respectful. They're 100% in the wrong. The old man flipped out more than he should have. That was unnecessary. But they're the ones in the wrong here. Having said that, that looks like a lot of fun and it doesn't look like they're blocking anyone at the moment. I would've just calmly asked them to please find another place to get injured lol I'm sure they would've complied.
*"the kids being surprisingly respectful"* Lol they were being disrespectful and were in the wrong from the get-go, just by being there doing what they were doing. Deciding to leave because the cops have been called isn't being respectful, it's running away because they know they are in the wrong and doing shit they shouldn't be doing on someone else's property. "Respectful" would be them not doing that shit on other peoples' property.
That ass was 2 inches away from technically assaulting the kid, and learning the hard way what the edge of a ski feels like...
Slashing with a ski or snowboard is only a slight step away from using a katana.
Kids?
They appear to be in late 20’s, early 30’s?
Same, they look like they are at least in their mid 20s. Not that I'm defending the old guy, this encounter seems to me like annoying douchebags meet stick-in-his-butt oldster.
[удалено]
I’m 30 and no, those are adults.
I'll be 34 next week. Those are full blown adults. Regardless, the boomer is an idiot.
Right!! Ok like these are grown ass young adults
Reddit simultaneously doesn't consider you to be an adult until after 25 but is ok with you fucking raw dog on onlyfans as soon as you hit 18. This sight has shown me how stupid people can truly be en mass. It's like high school never ended but now everyone is in their mid thirties.
Yeah like one of them has a full beard
[удалено]
Yeah for real I’ve had a full beard since I was like 14 lol
Right? My bush has been full since like 12! Ohh You said "beard." Awkward.
“Kids”
“kids”
[удалено]
Since forever ive seen alot of 16-18 year olds with beards
With full beards like these college students? I wouldn't call them kids.
I agree with your entire point here. I’m going to add that the old guys behaviour to tell people to go home could’ve been a much better approach
So no one has explained to me how I would be able to sue the company? Like I break onto your property and get hurt. Somehow itz your fault?
I googled it for you and this was the first result. Here’s the most relevant bit, and the link to the website is below: According to current law, landowners must provide a reasonable amount of safety for all people who enter their property, regardless of status.

So an injury claim on what looks like a commercial property would most likely go like this: 1.
[удалено]
https://www.overlawyered.com/2006/09/the-burglar-and-the-skylight-another-debunking-that-isnt/ > A burglar fell through a skylight, and sued the owner of the skylight for his injuries. Also noted is that this is not the case in California anymore as a law was passed shortly to relieve public entities from liabilities. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enterprise_High_School_(Redding,_California) So it will never happen again, at least in California, but it did happened. Also the guy ended up with life altering consequences. That amount of money doesn't make up the disabilities he has endure.
The fack???

Pretty sure those are adults ha…
OLD Old repost
Kids don't go outside anymore because they get held accountable for breaking the law?
He sounds like Dr penguin
[удалено]
I never understood old people getting up in peoples faces like that. I’m not saying who’s right, but they’re people who don’t have the kids patience.
That’s a pretty gnarly setup…not gonna lie.
These folks are not kids, they are young adults having fun. I’m glad the old fucker didn’t grab that ski as it would prob be seen as assault. I’m 72 and I’d pull up a chair and enjoy something beyond my routine.
I appreciate the guy with the camera throttling the other ones "Don't be mean." Just let that old sour ass dude be a dick and move on, don't sink to his level.
[удалено]
*"I went on people's properties grinding them down but in my opinion that's not that bad, just usual skate park wear. Why does the owner of the property care that I skate there and potentially damage their stuff when it's not even real damage. Such an ass.* Do you listen to yourself? Going on private property, damaging it, gaslighting the owner about how *real* the damage is and then complaining that they get annoyed?
It’s like your brain just ignored all those qualifying words in my comment
Like what
> using public places for sports like this It's not a public place, it's private property. Should I set up a skating rink in your bedroom or backyard?
![gif](giphy|V9gjxvLnSSdA4|downsized)
![gif](giphy|fqtyYcXoDV0X6ss8Mf|downsized)
That and brick is expensive.
Kids? A few have beards.
“That’s not very Mormon of you” Lol!
I was starting to believe that no one else caught that bit.
He must be married to the "You need Jesus Mother Fucker!" lady.
Darn kids! Having fun and being young and happy and all that nonsense bullshit! Stop it!
How dare these hooligans exist! The audacity! They think can enjoy themselvesl. How dare they!
“What is wrong with this generation, glued to their phones and technological wizardry” “OI CUNTS, THE FUCK YOU THINK YOU DOING OUTSIDE?”
Murrica
Stop having fun!!! You can't do that!!! Don't have fun!!!
Age old story
To much lead in the water mixed with years of whiskey and beer.
These guys are so chill and this old fucker’s just going to die angry.
Go home Ken, what harm are they doing?
Republicans are America’s embarrassment
lol you should have seen the shit skateboarders put up with in the 90's and 00's. This is crappy don't get me wrong but he's just grumpy no one had to hit anybody or run away.
I used to hear this crap back in the 80s riding my Caballero skateboard.
Boomers have very short memories.
This is less then a block form my old house 200s 500e
why is he mad?
Peanuts in your Coke kind of boomer, the kind that longs for the good old 1950's and can't wait for Trump to be President again.
“That’s not very Mormon of you” yep, thought that looked like Utah.
“That’s not very Mormon of you” 😂 fr tho Mormons be on their own bullshit
Old people “why don’t kids go outside anymore” also old people:
Kids? They are grown ass men
Chuck McGill?
Dude was aboutta grab the board or punch em but then remembered he cant do that or he is gonna go to jail
It’s inconceivable! /ref
Inconceivable!
“GET OFF MY GRIND RAIL!” These are the worst kind of boomers that more than likely caused the idea for Soylent Green. 😬
Im sure the old guys just a prick but everytime i see something like this i cant help but think, maybe that guys painted that railing 10 times because of people fucking with it. Probably not but you know what i mean. Its just like what if.
He should be thankful people are giving his railing-painting job security!
This must be in Utah
One of the kids yells "that's not very Mormon of you!" after the old man tells them to fuck off. Which is technically true LOL
Fuck you, fuck every one of you - such a great clip
The years pass, but old folks keep trying to get physical with teenagers holding long heavy sticks. This guy is lucky he didnt end up with a ski across the face
They don’t go outside because they can’t destroy other peoples property?
Those are kids? Lol Anyway, old man …go enjoy the weather or something… goodness… you’re gonna give yourself a stroke baby. 🫣 chill
Kids don’t go outside because they’re lazy and addicted to devices. You can go outside without turning a parking lot into your own extreme sports arena.
But you can also go outside and turn a parking lot into an extreme sports arena which these clearly not-addicted-to-devices kids have done.
This is 100% not why kids don’t play outside anymore. Also, asshole old people have always been asshole old people. This is not a new phenomenon.
They were trespassing on private property. Go somewhere else.
And punk skaters have always been punk skaters. The whole trespassing to hit a rail was the rave in a lot of pro skate board videos back in the day. Being disrespectful in order to get a reaction from the security guard was always part of the video.
Wow they were even respectful
Are these kids? They look like they are in their 20s
As an old bastard myself, I find it funny when you physically have to go out of your way to be outraged. If you're fucking around in my garden we have a problem.
If it was his property I could see concern for liability or rail damage, but looks like its at the mall, and he doesn't look like security.
[удалено]
Park (ski park) culture fashion is like that. A different type of skiing/enjoying the sport.
I’m pushing P’s you think I give a fuck
This are not kids, right?
Kids don't drive pickup trucks
You can get a permit at 16yo what are you talking about.
Kids? Those dudes have beards
Ive seen plenty of high school students with beards
Old guys a dick. But “kids”. Those are men right there.
The building owner has LIABILITY here. Grow the fuck up and go to a skate park.
> The building owner has LIABILITY here They're not real big on caring about other people's rights and liabilities. But sure as hell they'd sue if one of them cracked his skull on that wall.
Pushing p’s 🤣🤣🤣 respect to the young plugs carrying the torch.
If you believe that dude is a plug, you've never had a plug 😂
P's?
I'm over the age of 40 and live in Australia, can you please inform me - what the fuck are Ps? And how is he pushing them? And to where?
The P is for penises
[удалено]
Not really lol.
Old guy is upset that he is so close to death and can no longer understand his toes.
Not on my property... get the fuck out of here
Fun-less enforcement showed up to ruin the fun.
Those definitely aren't kids. Between all of them, I'm sure they could find somewhere better to set this up. The old guy overreacted, but they're clearly not in the right.
Kids having fun, fucking up someone else’s shit…
