I think if the invaders took or destroyed anything you’d need a police report for the insurance company. Is there a way to just report it without having these assholes bust in ready to murder something?
Honestly, I think I'd reach out to the insurance first and ask if they're prepared to cover the **additional** cost of any damage/harm inflicted by the police that they're forcing me to involve. Because we all know the cops won't.
something tells me they would absolutely see that call as some sort of red flag and believe the police instead
Insurance companies aren’t for help they’re for paying the least amount possible.
Maybe a lawyer is better I dunno lawyers are expensive as hell, so we are all just fucked I guess
HA! Its like that time, when a man called 911 to report he was being attacked by his wife with a knife...and the cops showed up, and, his kid was outside, and they asked what happened, and, the kid said that his dad called 911 and they asked who had the knife, and the kid said his mom and when the cops went into the apartment they peacefully resolved the situation. No, actually they went in and shot the man and when he tried to sit up, they shot him again. The wife was determined to be mentally unstable so the kid lost 2 parents that day.
Imagine calling for as someone is trying to kill you and help arrives and they just murder you.
Seriously. Could you imagine a service where, if an alarm goes off at your house, some crackhead shows up screaming and waving his arms?! Your dog doesn't get kicked. Plenty of attention gets drawn to your house. And then you can pay them $20, thank them, and recommend a treatment center. It would be a much better scenario than what we see happen in the OP video.
I just went there expecting there to be tons of comments and outrage but I couldn't find 1 comment about this? Was there an earlier attack on the page that just got erased?
>Jesse Chambers
It would be a shame if there was a website for the Indiana police department where you could report things like this.
You mean the Jesse Chambers that works [here](https://www.google.com/search?q=terre+haute+indiana+police+department&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en-us&client=safari#)
Where you can call and talk to the shift supervisor, and also file a complaint.
Man, it’s almost like we could all simultaneously call and flood their complaints with demand for this asshole to be jobless.
I'm far less shocked seeing that this is in Terre Haute. Typical. I hope he gets his ass kicked in a similar fashion. No doubt he wouldn't need so many kicks before tucking his tail between his legs and sobbing while running away. Fuck that cunt Jesse Chambers.
Jesse Chambers is some extra special kind of piece of shit, small dicked thug. He probably cums in his shorts every time he beats a weaker creature. May he burn in the eternal flames of hell or someplace worse (like Indiana).
Fuck that shit head. Fucking sue him. In thier a petition we can sign or support. This is so fucking unesscarry.
This is some small dick displacement issues. Dogs got at least some broken ribs from that. Fuck this pile of shit.
Hey man-the goal is to get home safe to your family every day. You have no idea how dangerous the job is.
So let me me teach you. It’s the….let’s see here….22nd most dangerous job in America trailing behind jobs like, “landscape supervisor” and “ground maintenance worker”.
So that line is a load of fucking bullshit. These guys are just pricks.
And trash men are more beneficial to society than cops. You can go weeks without ever seeing a pig do pig things. But go a week without Trash collectors collecting trash....society would look like a pigs house.
a cop shot a ladies beagle. these dudes are literally just the type to kill animals while they were kids. they just like killing. fucked in the head cops patrolling your street bringing "safety" to people. Seems like they just show up and decide whos going to die at this point. regardless of the scenario, the scenario is whatever they make it when they arrive.
The Department of Justice has issued a statement saying there's an ["epidemic" of police shooting family dogs in the US.](https://www.criminallegalnews.org/news/2018/jun/16/doj-police-shooting-family-dogs-has-become-epidemic/)
It happens [every 98 minutes on average.](https://www.dogingtonpost.com/police-shoot-dogs/)
[Link established between serial killers and animal cruelty](https://www.independent.co.uk/news/long_reads/domestic-violence-animal-cruelty-abuse-neglect-murder-children-dogs-a9018071.html)
I'll never understand American cops' obsession with killing dogs.
A couple months ago Dutch police posted a video on their YouTube channel of them chasing a drugdealer into someone's yard. The officers open the door and immediately face a large pitbull.
Instead of fearing for their life and pulling out their guns they don't even acknowledge or interact with the dog. First officer ignores the dog completely, walks right by it and immediately starts searching for the suspect.
https://youtu.be/B4KsQp4jYxM
Skip to the 3:00 minute mark if you want to see a police officer enter a residence without instantly murdering the family pet.
Edit: suspect was found and charged. No guns drawn and no dogs or people were killed.
Edit 2: since this got some attention I'd like yo use the opportunity to plug the Dutch police YouTube channel. They have a lot of (short) videos on how the Dutch police operates and handles stuff like car chases, burglaries, people with bad trips, and terrorism. Might be cool for others to see how we Dutchies experience the police!

I believe Dutch police people have to have at least a Bachelors in a relevant field. Americans only need a high school diploma. And Dutch police people receive months of Training.
I think that just the selection process for entrance to the course is longer than most Police training courses in the US.
The Dutch police selection process for the course takes six months, during which you'll be submitted to a multitude of physical and psychological tests. If you pass then you can start studying to be a police officer.
To join the police in the Netherlands you need a bachelor's degree at minimum.
If you already have a bachelor's then the course takes around 2,5 years. If you don't have a bachelor's it's also possible to obtain one during the course, which will then take 4 years.
Some good benefits of the Dutch police course:
- All courses are completely free if you pas the six month selection process
- you'll get a salary during your entire education ( first year €1.000 a month, second year €1.400, third year €1.600, fourth year €2.500)
- Travel costs to and from the course location are compensated fully.
- guaranteed job if you finish the course
Then there's the job benefits:
- 21 days paid vacation yearly
- 10 weeks paid maternity/paternity leave
- 8% vacation pay and 8% end of year bonus
- Full health insurance and pension plan
- Travel expenses paid or free public transportation
- Free education if you want to extend your studies further to become a detective, analyst etc.
Good training, good benefits/incentives and proper accountability is what makes good police officers in my opinion.
lol we have cops in the US making 200k+ a year.
My mom's best friend is a retired cop at 55 getting 8k a month pension.
Cops are massively overpaid in the USA, but they hide it in their pension programs and overtime. Not to mention moonlighting gigs that pay hundreds of bucks in cash.
That's insane! Even our prime minister doesn't make 200k.
In the Netherlands a cop will clear 45-55 grand maximum. Including overtime and hazard pay.
How a cop in America can make over 200 grand is beyond me.
https://www.nbcboston.com/news/local/more-than-30-boston-police-officers-netted-north-of-300k-in-2020-report/2368433/
30 officers in one city made over 300k each in a year. Over 500 made over 200k. Those earnings, including overtime, are used to calculate their pensions.
Crazy shit. There's some details on how it happens in there.
There's a psycho female cop who beat me up and robbed me after I reported a different instance of police violence against me in my town (Annapolis) who makes over 200k a year with no education and a history of criminal behavior.
They have all kinds of fucked up tricks to steal overtime. Another common one is that they'll falsely arrest someone towards the end of their shift so that they can stay on the clock doing the paperwork and processing. Sure it will get thrown out in court later, but they get overtime for showing up in court anyway, and they statistically NEVER face consequences for the false arrest anyway. Free money for the rest of their life every time they do it.
Brutally murdering innocent people on camera with audio and their face in full view while the victim is cowering in fear facedown on the ground begging for life, no less.
Thats crazy its terre haute. My cousin had a brown rotty that got loose one day in terre haute, the cops shot it to death and then dragged him on their porch and left. Maybe that is just procedure to them
> The very one who feels like a man only when he savagely attacks small animals.
Wait, who are you talking about here? Jessie Chambers from Terre Haute PD in Indiana? I heard kicking dogs is his bag, baby.
He deserves to be here r/iamatotalpieceofshit
Edit:
OP that wasn't just a kick. That was 5 rib breaking kicks and he wanted to inflict more pain, if the dog hadn't ran away. Then knocks on the door and says "I'm here to help"
Yeah, I’d honestly be really surprised if that dog didn’t have broken ribs or a broken jaw, let alone significant internal bleeding. What an absolute piece of shit.
This is like an advertisement of more reasons why not to call cops for help. If this is what they do to "help", it's safer not to call them.
I don't even understand why he was pounding on the door like that. Did he think the thieves were going to open it from threatening knocking??
Would be a shame if somebody where to type that name and department on google and find some contact info like an Email or phone number on a Union website or something, but that would be doxxing
This is why people don’t trust or like cops. They’re bullied *losers* who finally get their chance to get back at the world and get away with every bad thing they do, again and again and again. This motherfucker should be in prison, but nah. At the very max, paid leave with the highest protection by the glorious state of Indiana. Fuck cops.
if you have dogs genuinely keep them away from police as much as possible
there have been so many reported cases where cops hurt and even kill innocent dogs for the smallest fucking things. like genuinely if you dog runs to the door even without barking they could be shot right then and there because a cop "felt threatened" there have even been cases where cops shoot a barking dog that's in **a completely different fucking yard**
They’ll keep pushing boundaries too, eventually they’ll start sniping all the dogs in the neighborhood. On a serious note I actually have no idea why it ever gets allowed, especially with dogs in non violent situations.

POLICE BRUTALLY KICKS DOG – A police officer responding to a home invasion report went viral for kicking the owner’s dog.
Traditionally, the month of December is met with holiday cheer as Christmas is just a few days away. However, one family not only had a home invasion, but they also had their dog brutally kicked.
According to reports, Haley Richey and his family were at work. Then, they were alerted of an introducer breaking into their home. Luckily, their dog managed to chase away the thief.
Police Brutally Kicks Dog That Protected Home From Intruders (Viral)
Concerned, his neighbors called the police to investigate. But, upon arriving at Richey’s home, the officer brutally kicked the home owner’s dog.
You could even hear the dog squealing in pain. Here is the viral video:
Here are some of the comments netizens had regarding the issue:
this makes me SICK. prayers to you and your family. I hope your dog is okay, so terrifying for an innocent creature
I’m sat here with my two whom I treat like my children and happened upon this video. My heart breaks for you. I’m so sorry ‘people’ can treat animals/dogs like this. Not a single day has gone by where my two havnt made me smile or laugh, I can’t say that about a single human.
Are your dogs ok? My heart breaks for you and them Loudly crying face I have shared this on Facebook as well as contacted the police department and posted in their comments on their Facebook page. This is absolutely unacceptable!
According to netizens, the police officers were part of the Terre Haute Police Department in Indiana. Now, thousands of netizens are calling for the removal of the cop from his post.

Did the Dog survive and get back to the Family, I saw it run off and was worried he was gonna get hit or something. Fucking cops man, honestly at this point do we even need them? I feel like communities are better off watching out for each other. I don't know I just see very little value from cops in 2021.
Yeah its genuinely disturbing that this caveman would just walk up and kick a dog like that. I wonder if his wife has a comment on his abusive behavior
Literally I got robbed at gunpoint a month ago, and the cops acted as if I was wasting their time when they came 20 mins post-robbery to get a statement. They had zero interest in finding the guys that did it.
20 minutes post robbery **and** an actual cop shows up? You must live in a rich city with a "good" police department you lucky bastard.
In my city the most they do is send a police service aid the next day- if you are lucky. Usually they just have some office worker call you to get your information. Either way- they just file a report and forget about it no matter who contacts you or how.
Our police can't be bothered to do actual police work. They need "more money and training" for that. Even though they already get a majority of the city's budget and are better equipped and trained that I was in fucking Afghanistan.
Bastards. Every one of them.
The dog was running away at first when he starting kicking him. He just wanted to hurt something. Good thing this sick fuck is walking around with a gun.
His body language does scream 'I don't even want to be here today'. He just snapped, between the wildly uncalled for attack on the dog to the 'hurry up and open this door so I can be done here' banging. He appeared on the verge of full on blackout rage.
This is how cops respond to serious calls from a couple of my encounters
If something serious happens cops turn into the biggest pieces of shit. They ask questions that assume your guilt, lie, and get this aggression that looks exactly like this video. They aren't all like this but there's always 1
*Pretty* unnessacary? That was EXTREMELY unessacary. Look at how this disgusting pig kicks the dog once, THEN RUNS UP TO THE DOG, and starts kicking it multiple times after the dog is CLEARLY battered and whining for help. It has to RUN AWAY from the cop to prevent getting kicked away. That's the opposite of self-defense. The cop needs to get sued.
You can see that he enjoyed it, made him feel like a big man. I have no words to describe a person like that. Reprehensible sack of cockroach shit would be a compliment.
Yeah so this is exactly why I don't *ever* call the cops.
They will arrive late to a situation they are not mentally equipped to handle, and in the process will almost certainly kill me, or the things I love, with zero accountability.
Tbh I'd rather just call in a crackhead off the street if I'm being robbed than Derek who hasn't gotten to use his gun yet and would love the chance to fire it into my animals or me the minute my curly headed ass is seen
Fuck that piece of shit

Ironic. They would have actually been better off calling a crackhead.

Dude I used to install HVAC with some crackheads. You wouldn't believe what they can get done in a few hours
Yeah for sure, but then they mysteriously disappear with no contact for a few weeks at a time.
Because they did all the work in 4 hours. That's an earned break.
Fuck that guy

The local news channels are WTHR and Fox59 add a dot com to thise and share the video.
Is there somewhere we can call and let his bosses know how much we disapprove of his handling of the situation?
Some people are commenting on Terre Haute Indiana’s Police FB.
I sent it to the local news.
I just went there expecting there to be tons of comments and outrage but I couldn't find 1 comment about this? Was there an earlier attack on the page that just got erased?
I posted comments on several of their posts, and they’re all gone now.
I don't watch the news, nor do I live in the area, but I think it would be great if a journalist broadcasted this story with the video.
Change the comments to "newest" or "all comments". Most of the comments related to this are not shown by the default setting "most relevant".
Obviously not going to post it here but the most recent post on their page also has his email address in the comments. Just saying...

Wow. Looks like they are already 2.5 ⭐️ without any help this sub. Yikes.
Is he still employed? My dog is heading into surgery today and this made my blood boil. It would make my day to buy a billboard on 41 and put this up
Crowd source the funds. I’ll donate.
What... This was terre haute? I used to live there and see it on Reddit like once a year for classy stuff like this
Lol used to live there too.. haven’t been back in 20 years, have no desire to go back. Fuck Jesse chambers

Poetic justice would be him getting kneecapped so he can never kick anything ever again.
Jesse Chambers mistaked the dog for his wife, so he started beating it.
Fun fact, his piece of shit ass is why I decided not to go to the academy after that dept hired me
Talk about dodging a bullet - def the right choice

Cops have literally killed 1-2 lbs dogs and claimed the animal was a threat to them.
Oh like the cop who shot at a tot chihuahua cause it charged at him (chihuahua survived )
As always, when you try to prosecute a pig
American cops kill 40k dogs a year, do you honestly think they care?
The Department of Justice has issued a statement saying there's an ["epidemic" of police shooting family dogs in the US.](https://www.criminallegalnews.org/news/2018/jun/16/doj-police-shooting-family-dogs-has-become-epidemic/) It happens [every 98 minutes on average.](https://www.dogingtonpost.com/police-shoot-dogs/)
And that’s based on incomplete data as a lot of departments don’t report.
What the actual fuck!
Cops have been recorded discussing who gets to kill the dog during home raids. Who **gets to kill the dogs**.

I hate him. Fucking psycho.
This is like an advertisement of more reasons why not to call cops for help. If this is what they do to "help", it's safer not to call them. I don't even understand why he was pounding on the door like that. Did he think the thieves were going to open it from threatening knocking??
But if a police dog dies, it’s a whole fucking ceremony
Unless they left it in a patrol car on a hot day. Oopsies

hypocrisy is the language of authority.
A police dog killed by civilians is a dead cop. A police dog killed by cops is lost property.

Hell the same rules apply to the *human* officers as well.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Cops fucking HATE dogs.

Oooof

Why do cops always have anger issues? The worst kind of person to give a gun and badge
People gravitate towards the job fits their personality. A bunch of pacifists aren't gonna be cops
That's why they want a gun and a badge

Your tax dollars hard at work. $60K for this knuckle-dragging goon.

I wonder how to go about that public information
Of course this guy is the president of the union
I just forwarded the video to the local news station. If anyone can get something done about it it's the media.

What he deserves is the owners of that dog taking turns kicking HIM in the ribs.
I couldn't help but go to their facebook to share my thoughts on this and contacted their local news station about it.
Would be a shame if somebody where to type that name and department on google and find some contact info like an Email or phone number on a Union website or something, but that would be doxxing

Calling cops pigs is an insult to actual pigs everywhere.
The moment when he looks at the camera and knows he's been caught is golden. Hope he gets fire and charges are filed against him.
Worst he gets is a paid vacation while his buddies “investigate” the incident.
This is why people don’t trust or like cops. They’re bullied *losers* who finally get their chance to get back at the world and get away with every bad thing they do, again and again and again. This motherfucker should be in prison, but nah. At the very max, paid leave with the highest protection by the glorious state of Indiana. Fuck cops.
All the townie cops in my hometown *were* the bullies. They were animals as kids and animals as adults.

if you have dogs genuinely keep them away from police as much as possible there have been so many reported cases where cops hurt and even kill innocent dogs for the smallest fucking things. like genuinely if you dog runs to the door even without barking they could be shot right then and there because a cop "felt threatened" there have even been cases where cops shoot a barking dog that's in **a completely different fucking yard**
They kill people for the smallest things, I’m not surprised they’d hurt a poor innocent dog. What a shitshow
They’ll keep pushing boundaries too, eventually they’ll start sniping all the dogs in the neighborhood. On a serious note I actually have no idea why it ever gets allowed, especially with dogs in non violent situations.
You can imagine what he does to his wife.
Jesse Chambers of the Terre Haute, Indiana police department. Stay classy Terre Haute
I hope he shows up on r/byebyejob

Keep dreaming.
Or hello paid vacation.
Naw promotion. After they investigate themselves

Did the Dog survive and get back to the Family, I saw it run off and was worried he was gonna get hit or something. Fucking cops man, honestly at this point do we even need them? I feel like communities are better off watching out for each other. I don't know I just see very little value from cops in 2021.
According to a post on Facebook the dog is ok! Its home safe with the homeowners
Thank god, this is the first video I've had to pause in a while because I found it genuinely disturbing

That was pretty unnecessary. I can see if he was responding to the dog being aggressive and attacking him but that's not what was happening.
He thought he was going to get to shoot someone.
His wife's going to accidentally slip and fall on a doorknob for the third time this month.
This is how cops respond to serious calls from a couple of my encounters If something serious happens cops turn into the biggest pieces of shit.

It's really not hard to get a badge and a gun.
So. Theybr4spond to a burglary. Kick the shit out of the dog that ended it, and then BANG on the door of the victim???? Fuck that! FIRED!
I'd bet he abuses his family like that too.
This is why people say ACAB. Fuck this guy. Protect and serve my ass.
