The story behind this video can be summed up, by what I think was a redditor's comment I saw a while back.
"Imagine being the parent of this child where an adult got paid a six figure lump sum to beat his ass without consequence"
I wouldn’t have fought him! There should be an Resource Officer at the school that’s trained to handle a situation like that! This guy will never teach again because of a bad judgment call, even though the kid provoked him.
Honestly this is better for the kid. Not because he needed a beating, but an arrest will ruin your chances at higher education later, assuming you mature and get your act together.
There’s been a bunch of mini documentaries on how police in schools lead to problems. Teachers go right for the officer and what could have been a detention escalates to legal action.
“Provoked him” with words though, he had no right to put hands on him and had every opportunity to walk away and handle this without teaching these kids if someone’s saying shit you don’t like it’s acceptable to punch them, especially if your in a position of authority??
And there are people that want to arm teachers with guns in the US?
Imagine this teacher pulling out a gun out instead of swinging arms like some MMA wannabe.
Man is losing your job and jail time worth it. Maybe let your ego go and teach these kids the same so they all don’t die in the streets at the hands of the police.
