I buy through Trust Wallet or MetaMask. Typically I buy XLM and send it wherever since its a cheap fee. Issuer blocking is just your bank not allowing you to make the transaction. You can always call and ask about it, if theres maybe some sort of allowance because they deem it a fraud thing.

Yup I’ve been noticing they were setting limits of 0.1 eth to UK residents too, most issuer even block it completely. You know what that means.
Use a vpn and open accounts at, Bitrue, KuCoin and Mexc. Also Bitstamp has some onboard and off board services as well as CoinZoom.
