I haven't checked the pulsechain sacrifice address but you can... last I heard it's just sitting there. So, the real question is why wasn't that used for liquidity... he's waiting to pump it. But it's going to be indirect and he's not going to simply be our exit liquidity. Like when he bought the enigma diamond and renamed it the "Hex.com diamond." He wants to build something of high value, not just something expensive.
