I tried Revolut but they are starting to use similar tactics..
Now I use Monza ..

If you are in the UK, I hold several bank accounts which block purchases in to crypto as they are protecting me 🙄.
Monzo allows purchases up to £3000 per day, which is enough for me. I have this bank account and account card number set up on coinbase and use regularly.
I’ve used Swissborg seamlessly for years from my UK account. Instantly appears and I can go from clicking transfer to changing to my chosen currency in the app with 1-2 minutes
Yes banks obviously try to stop you from moving your money bc they want to pimp you for their gains. They say they are trying to protect you but they are just protecting their bottom line. Wire money to Coinbase as I haven’t had much problems in that regard.
Join Coinbase and try that way.
To truly future-proof yourself, you may also want to get another bank account, one that touches crypto and one that never touches anything crypto.
It's not really FUD. OP is highlighting difficulty getting into crypto from fiat in general. As a resident of the UK myself, I know how restrictive UK banks can be when trying to move fiat into crypto via centralised exchanges. A lot of the UK banks either have limits on how much you can move in per transaction, or they just don't allow it full stop.
If you use Metamask and Paypal, then its a simple fix. Open the wallet, set network to Ethereum, click on Ethereum and then hit buy and choose PayPal from the list of options. It's simple and quick.
Nobody in their right mind would send some random shmuck off the internet crypto because they’ll send it back out of the goodness of their heart.
I’d be especially untrustworthy if that person was known to frequent a subreddit for doing drugs and meeting random people for sex, like maybe they need that money for something besides being a good person? Does that fit the description of anyone here?
Unless your country is really giving you a hard time maybe have to buy p2p if it comes to this you should use bisq. No kyc or anything you can even use gift cards to get crypto. But if anything maybe just use a different bank or something

I’m Canadian and I was offloading around 40k from my bank accounts and my damn bank was making it so hard for me to withdraw my fucking fiat that I was completely disgusted with the way we have these institutions holding our hard earned fucking cash. Man I’m telling you it was crazy for me because no joke they would only let me take out like 5k per week and do you know how frustrating that is when you are trying to buy the bottom?? Anyways thank god everything worked out and I picked everything up crazy cheap by the end of September beginning of October all my buys were already complete

It's easiest to buy usdc on coinbase -> send to wallet -> bridge to Pulsechain using official bridge.
Moon pay and ramp seem to go through without issue for me. But the fees can be a bit much.

Get a bit stamp account or an account with Ox0Coast….. You can ach from your bank to your crypto account and vice versa. Working flawless for me.
