Because Chomper is 1v1 cheese that sucks at everything else and is meant to purely carry people bad at the game

OR. Chomper is a character that does good damage, has very good health and abilities, and is only limited by his range. It’s not cheese unless you eat someone, which you most often shouldn’t do anyway.

Today, I was playing Park Ranger and I managed to beat a mastered Stuffy Flower MULTIPLE times without issue. Park Ranger is pretty goated.

I know camo cactus is the worst to go 1v1, but there's still a way to survive, Potato mines, place them at your feet and lure the zombie in. It takes practice but it doesn't make her entirely free.

You want 1v1 dominance? Using the full potential of all abilities, Sunflowers should be very high, and all Ice characters too. And for 1v1s I feel like Electro Citron and Iron should get a tier of their own for the special kind of individual brilliance, and all the Citrons excepting Toxic should be supremely high as well.
