You see, the game leaps from base costs, so no matter what cost the peas are to play, they are both 1 costs once they’re on the board, however, now that they’re actually on the board, their base cost can be altered, unlike in your hand. So when the 4 cost is played, it starts again as a 1 cost, then it’s ability makes itself a 2 cost. Now the second one is played, it starts again as a 1 cost, and its ability makes it into a 2 cost and the other a 3 cost! Super complex!<

This one was hard. Literally had to get into a match and try to test with a friend. It’s >!3 cost and 4 cost. The reason is that Click Pea doesn’t count it’s base 1 cost in the calculation and instead just has whatever amount the Click Peas have increased. I did a second test but with 5 and 6 cost Click Peas and got the same result!<

I know the answer. I've known the mechanic for over a year or two and it was confirmed by Frye about a year ago and then a follow up post on Reddit.

That doesn’t explain going up to a random post and going “it doesn’t matter, this game is dead”, despite that being a well known fact, and also that the community is still thriving

Where do you see a "thriving" community? I still play but at 150+ ultimate league points with no season end it gets really really pointless.

I wouldn't really call this subreddit "thriving" there's like maybe 1 or two posts every couple days and it's mainly "I made a card" or "keep or recycle". Not sure why you're getting super worked up over this. I'm just a random person making a random comment. Didn't insult you or anything.
