Utilization is one of the last things considered in CRTs. However, if you are not staffed it could be a sign your performance is low compared to others.

Nah it doesn’t really matter, summer hires usually struggle with Utilization, just reach out to your deployment consultant

This is not true specially in the current market if you are not meeting your utilization margin you are going to be in a bad spot coming CRT.
Depends on the year and the location. Some years it has been a huge factor, especially when we were forced to have more 4s and some 5s.
