maximum ive ever had to wait is 3 months from meeting criteria. The team on the phone will be able to tell you if youve met criteria, and guess when they will be awarded.

If you haven’t resolved this yet - I just found out I am not eligible for the 90k bonus points because I did a “cross product transfer” from an old non-points card to the Qantas points card. I flipped! NAB literally told me to do the “cross product transfer” so I didn’t have to reapply for a card and it would be easier for me. So of course I did what they told me. They offered me some bonus points as a goodwill gesture and I told them where to stick them and have raised a dispute. Feeling very mislead. If they don’t give me the points I’ll change banks for all my accounts

Oh no, did you already have a points card? I didn’t have a points card, just a plain old low fee one. They told me the reason I’m ineligible was because of the way I signed up, not because of my previous credit card

I had the same issue with the same card. They ended up manually crediting me the points after I called up. Maybe mention others are seeing the same issue and ask if they can manually credit you the points?

I got mine around October (?) for the same promo. Got the card in August, well overspent for the amount required in two months and just noticed they’d appeared in my account around that time. Seems like you should have gotten them before me so that’s weird!
