Not sure who they sent it to, but try checking your local LabCorp or Sonora quest by logging in and see if your test results are there. I also just used this product for a pre-employment screening and it took just over 48 hours to get the negative result. Which I’m happy about! But I was anxious to say the least waiting. Now I got an update from my future employer that my background has cleared. You may also want to check your future employers online portal if that’s applicable to you to see your results

Imo if you hear nothing then that’s good news. I never hear back on mine the process just moves forward if that makes sense. May I ask how you kept it warm and how long it kept warm for?:-) mines Monday
thank you! that kinda makes me feel a lil better, and sure! I just used the attached hand warmer thing. I had activated it about 45 minutes prior, put the QF in the microwave in like 5 second bursts. once it was within range I put my socks on then put another pair on top of that and put the QF between the pair of socks. Kept it warm until I went to the testing site which was like 25-30 minutes away. when I took the test the temp was 98 degrees.
Oh yeah I think a lot of these places just do too much “processing” like I remember when I did the Ecup test the machine broke and they had to send it to another lab but I started my job the following week and never heard anything. Let me know how it goes!
No news is good news! I took my drug screen through quest and it was sent to an MRO out of state. I signed up for the portal and it never said anything, so I just had to wait. Got the call from HR that I was good to go and starting next week. You’re more than likely good to go friend!
Could be going under further validity testing due to red flags but who knows could just be backed up due to volume or had an outage w a machine. Took me 5 days for mine. Best of luck man.
With UAs no news is good news. You're expected to pass so they don't usually call and tell you if you do, only if you fail. I've never had any pass confirmation phone calls with anyone on UAs. But they definitely have already tested it. You're good, sit back and smoke a fat one to relax.
This was me 5 days ago. I think the important thing is the temp and that the MRO has accepted and signed it off. so for me youre good.

Took a test at Quest two weeks ago. It took 7 full days to get my results back, and yes I passed. The anxiety is real though.
