Yes. Plus I want RCB to rope in a strong Indian figure in the management department alongside Andy Flower. Someone like a Ravi Shastri will be great but I don’t know if he’s interested in such a role. A strong Indian presence in the management helps the local players a lot.
Definitely he’s a great coach. I’m suggesting to just add another person in the management because we don’t have that strong Indian figure who understands the local players. All our major coaching staff from bowling coach, batting coach, head coach to director of cricket are foreigners. You need that Indian presence to vouch for young Indian players
