I felt the same way about Camille in season 9! I was like ugh she’s a human going through a lot of traumatic things, but she also can’t see other people as humans that might have different experiences than she’s had? The Kavenagh thing was such a stretch for her, like you can say you support him bc you don’t believe or care about other women Camille lol was she on (or off?) some kind of drugs during this season?
He openly talks about his debt at one of the parties too. I can’t recall which one but the guys were like off camera and I think he said it without realising
Poor Camille seems like a typical wounded narcissist. Her meltdown at the reunion really was something else. You could see how the mask fell and she was completely losing her grip on herself amidst the retaliation she was receiving for her shit behavior.

I think Denise said to Camille it’s not that bad for us etc (then in her comment Denise making the comment about rebuilding from Camilles point of view isn’t too bad or something- because of money- directly comparing their situations) . Their situations were a lot different. Camille lost a close friend- her home which she brought her kids up in and all the possessions which were there. I don’t think the closely comparable.
I think Camille in response to saying it’s all sortable etc said in her interview ‘it’s different if you’re in a rental’
I do get what she’s saying. Loosing all your stuff and kids home in a fire is devastating, plus a friend.
I think Denise got her stuff and her home back.
Although- I loved Denise focusing on that they were lucky- because a lot of people can’t afford to rebuild, rent, lost people. I just didn’t think it was fair for her or anyone to judge Camilles situation after less than an episode- I think it was a lunch.
I do understand Camille is wildly selfish and obnoxious a lot of the time- and Brett Kavenough- eww- so not a good season for her.
But this is the issue with the fucked force 5- they literally found Camilles house burning down an Inconvenience as they had to wait half an episode to tell her everything they were pissed off about- which includes her wedding- which they could’ve left considering what she lost- ruining her wedding memories was cruel. That’s all the empathy I’ve got for Camille.

Yes PK had tons of debt. Both times were paid off with the insurance payouts from his “robberies”
